Good day. I stayed at the hotel in early August. It was a very nice hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I especially want to mention Dasha. She is a wonderful and kind person, always ready to explain everything and offer assistance. I highly recommend it to everyone.Ee

Matteo the manager is a scammer was judging because I was American charged me for damage that I didn't make then was on the phone not being professional. He then threatened to charge me 3000 euro for damages that were not made by me while laughing on the phone and hanging up. I recommended do not go to if you are staying in the area he is prejudice

I would like to send high regards to the team at the Aries Hotel... The team from the front desk and those serving breakfast were all very professional and served at the highest level... A level the USA Hotels could benefit from... I was always greeted from the front desk and a very positive good morning form those that served breakfast... This team served the customers and made us feel very important... If future travel is awarded to me, this is the hotel of choice when I visit Italy.

Beautiful Hotel in Vicenza. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Top breakfast service and food. The best cosmetic products I have ever seen in a hotel. Hopefully they will have them soon for sale.

This was an amazing hotel perfect for short and long stays. The staff are very personal and take great pride in providing exceptional service for their customers. One of the best hotels I’ve visited in over 20 years.

Wonderful hotel. It is close to Camp Ederle which makes the drive to work simple. Staff are professional and ridiculously courteous. Always enjoy my time here.
