AC Hotel Vicenza by Marriott

Rooms are ok for a 4 ⭐standard hotel . Location it's not at the best area but it's good for a short stay ,it's about 30 min away drive from Verona.Our room was sparkling clean .Service is top notch.We were on the group trip so I expected a delay in check in but was done very quick.I would like to say a big thank you to Ms.Eliza in reception for her great hospitality,very very helpful and sorry but I have may bothered her with my calls and requests but all the times she answered in a very polite way, she helped me with printing the boarding pass while was having another group for check in at the same time as well she brought the extra amenities in our room which I requested. Amazed by her way of handling all this alone and with a great smile and politeness.Grazie mile 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. 👍 The room was nice and spacious, but the view was of a beaten-up house opposite instead of the beautiful hills on the other side. 😒 Breakfast was good, but the hot food options were a bit basic. 🍳 The gym was a major letdown - only 3 cardio machines and dumbbells up to 10kg, and the sauna/steam room was out of order. 😤 #HotelReview #BusinessTrip #DisappointingGym

Easy parking in quiet location and good for a short stay at a decent value. Pizza and wine selection was good.

The hotel is located in the direction of Milan, very comfortable, the rooms are clean, one minus is the thin walls between the rooms, everything is very clean, we had a bath. There is a safe and bathrobes. To the center 15-12 minutes by car.

AC because the AC worked in June, heck yes! I was able to get anywhere I wanted for under 20€ and yep, like MANY areas in Vicenza you have the gals out front making a living, not easy to avoid so I’d be silly to ding you.
On par with chain standards and a slight tick above par for the Italian culture. One should expect more than 2 minutes to be waited on. Great breakfast! Not once were you out of an item. I had a few silly first-world requests that you accommodated with ease and I’m sure any other silly request would have been promptly addressed.
The sound of a door closing against wood didn’t bother me because I needed to roll my butt out of bed by 0630, but maybe take a look at the pressure specifications on the doors closing. Just kidding, no pressure or too much, people are going to be inconsiderate and slam the doors, nothing you can do. I noticed it didn’t click so I needed to give it a little nudge.

The hotel was clean and the service is ok in general, during our stay there was like two days that in the second floor aisle one can barely breath due a heavy smoking smell.
the menu in the restaurant is bit limited however the food quality is real good.
