Visited on Good Friday (was not super busy) and it was beyond my expectation. The saunas are actually hot, there are many different pools, all good temperature, the majority of the staff were very pleasant. I also got a massage and facial from Michela in the day spa. It was really good, I fell asleep and my skin was amazing after. Highly recommend Michela!

Our experience with this property was very positive. Extremely corteous and helpful staff. The room, for 4 people, was very spacious as the bathroom. Comfy beds. Shuttle service to Terme dei Papi is very useful, we went to terme in bathrobe . Decent breakfast.

the pool of this place is very big, it's certainly too cold, almost freezing. the staff is kind and meets your requests about the hotel, it has dirty rooms, wifi barely works, looks abandoned and seeing it in this condition is sad since the location has a lot to offer

Hotel / views / pool area very very good. Rooms are nice and hotel location is a 100 meters or so from the town square. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is the breakfast, really not up to the mark.

I this place is a great bargain. There is a lot to do -swimming, tennis, a sports field, and the town is pleasant. You are also close to many great attractions.

The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. I think this would particularly help international visitors...

Lovely hotel and amazing thermal pool The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.

The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view.

As soon we walked into the lobby it smelled like a dirty ashtray. Thanks God, we had prepaid and check in was expedite. The parking was across the street from the hotel and it was in a safe location. The room was comfortable and very clean and no cigarette smell. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was well located, close to the train station and the historic center. When we arrived the street was very dark. The front desk person did not speak any English at all, and she could not find our reservation. I told her I had booked one room with one double bed and one twin bed. Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.

Breakfast is good, transportation is convenient, there is a train outside the window, but basically there are few trains passing by, the room is not big, it is better for single people

Absolute gem of a hotel. I messed up the booking through a booking site, and the lady on reception was so very helpful. The room was lovely, I would have happily stayed for more than one night. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of cakes. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay to visit Viterbo and surrounding area. It is a short drive to the centre of Viterbo.

One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.
