I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for work. The rooms are very clean, although the bathroom seems a bit old. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. Many options and great service. Very pleasant stay! I walked to the old Viterbo from the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk, but not very adapted for pedestrians. It's better to go by car and park in the public parking lots near the old town.

Very spacious rooms. Bit old-fashioned, with nicotine colored wall-paper and lots of gold and red. It smelled a bit like somebody had been smoking in the corridor, but no such smel in the rooms themselves. Breakfast was fine. We paid 300euro die two doubles for one night, which was a bit steep in my view.

Five stars for real 4-star hotel. The comfortable room, very good breakfast. Little bit distant from city center, so we used to go by car. Free parking near city centre, so it makes no trouble.

Well-equipted hotel with big and clean rooms, friendly employees, the price is a little bit too high for one person. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is good in my opinion. The only things I would add / change is the availability of a mini-kettle to cook up a coffee while in the room, and possibly adding a restaurant (since our only options were to visit close-by restaurants). They only offer an outside catering service for pre-booked groups. One fun episode :) When an English customer asks a waiting staff who has zero knowledge of English...

the pool of this place is very big, it's certainly too cold, almost freezing. the staff is kind and meets your requests about the hotel, it has dirty rooms, wifi barely works, looks abandoned and seeing it in this condition is sad since the location has a lot to offer

Hotel / views / pool area very very good. Rooms are nice and hotel location is a 100 meters or so from the town square. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is the breakfast, really not up to the mark.

We spent here the whole month and we'd always be happy to come back here!❤️❤️❤️ It's a great choice for summer, because the temperature is very mild, there's a pool with cool water, the territory is big and very green! I this place is a great bargain. There is a lot to do -swimming, tennis, a sports field, and the town is pleasant. You are also close to many great attractions.

It has potential because of it's good location and friendly staff. Run down, breakfast not up to the mark, generally uninspiring facility.

Price of a room seems not to expensive, but the owner tries to sell you an expensive meal dito wine to level out the cheap room price🤨 Nice building with swimming pool. IKEA furniture in rooms at the pool, a bit strange for setting like this. Food from kitchen reasonable but to expensive, feels like a ripoff. Wine to expensive

Great spa with a number of different pools including with suplhur and sea water as well as a sauna and options like massages. Well worth it to spend a half day or even a full day.

Visited on Good Friday (was not super busy) and it was beyond my expectation. The saunas are actually hot, there are many different pools, all good temperature, the majority of the staff were very pleasant. I also got a massage and facial from Michela in the day spa. It was really good, I fell asleep and my skin was amazing after. Highly recommend Michela!

One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming. Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.

We had a short but awesome stay at this Resort. The garden is so beautiful, with flowers, hammocks, sunbeds and a pool. As well they have a sport area, which is could be more developed but it's still good. When we were there in May the pool was still bit too cold for a swim, it was super calm, so good to relax. Kind and helpful welcome! An excellent breakfast for which they also made us find gluten-free options. Room suitable for price and needs. I stayed at this property on September 3, an air of celebration for the city of Viterbo! Rooms in excellent condition, furnished on the modern, but with the walls that still recall the ancient of the medieval palace of the late 700. All perfect ! We will definitely be back!

The apartment is a little gem: attention to detail and very clean. The bathroom is spacious (with bidet and shower) and equipped with all hygiene and body care products. It is in the historic center, but car parking is also convenient. Patrizia (the owner) is very nice and very helpful. What more do you want?

This bed and breakfast is located in the most beautiful medieval part of Viterbo. It was like being in a fairy tale. Beautiful walks lined with spring flowers to small art shops, restaurants and cafes. Our room was adorable and right next to a shared common space which made you feel like you had so much more space.
