We stayed the week before Christmas, clean rooms, very hot and all very well maintained. Super abundant and varied breakfast, Mrs. Patrizia in the kind hand and extremely available on everything. Thanks we will be back.

Very nice room with attention to the smallest details. We stayed the week of August. In the historic center, away from cars and traffic. From the windows, the historic center. We chose this b & b after reading all the positive reviews and we want to confirm everything we have read: the structure is beautiful, brand new and very welcoming. The rooms are large, furnished with a formidable taste, with attention to detail. The bathroom is cleaned every day and the cleanliness is flawless. Everything smells good ... I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for work. The rooms are very clean, although the bathroom seems a bit old. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. Many options and great service. Very pleasant stay! I walked to the old Viterbo from the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk, but not very adapted for pedestrians. It's better to go by car and park in the public parking lots near the old town.

Very spacious rooms. Bit old-fashioned, with nicotine colored wall-paper and lots of gold and red. It smelled a bit like somebody had been smoking in the corridor, but no such smel in the rooms themselves. Breakfast was fine. We paid 300euro die two doubles for one night, which was a bit steep in my view.

Five stars for real 4-star hotel. The comfortable room, very good breakfast. Little bit distant from city center, so we used to go by car. Free parking near city centre, so it makes no trouble.

This hotel is good in my opinion. The only things I would add / change is the availability of a mini-kettle to cook up a coffee while in the room, and possibly adding a restaurant (since our only options were to visit close-by restaurants). I was here with my family for the New Year, I stayed in the hotel and we spent the last year at the property. Regardless of the hospitality that was immediately the first thing we noticed because I think it is family run, the dinner was excellent ... music .... everything perfect .... Breakfast, cleanliness in the rooms .... super! My daughter (3 years old) who for the first time did not want to go...

Very cozy and quiet 4-star hotel. All well cared for, from the rooms, to the common areas, to the garden, to the swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, the staff is very kind and considerate towards customers. Very good location, a bit little the swimming pool, some imperfections in the service, located outside Viterbo, but we had our car. I do not know if there is a kind of transportation, public or owned by hotel to go to the city.

Upon arrival everything was gorgeous, smelling clean and tidy. The taste in the furnishings is something you don't expect! Incredible experience of relaxation. I thank the owners for their sympathy, great cordiality and assistance! 5 star Relais!

Price of a room seems not to expensive, but the owner tries to sell you an expensive meal dito wine to level out the cheap room price🤨 Nice building with swimming pool. IKEA furniture in rooms at the pool, a bit strange for setting like this. Food from kitchen reasonable but to expensive, feels like a ripoff. Wine to expensive

I this place is a great bargain. There is a lot to do -swimming, tennis, a sports field, and the town is pleasant. You are also close to many great attractions.

It has potential because of it's good location and friendly staff. Run down, breakfast not up to the mark, generally uninspiring facility.

First the positive things: friendly staff, close to the station, clean. Unfortunatelly it was very noisy. The walls are very thin. I could hear every word of my neighbour. In addition on the back of the hotel was a parking space were people were partying and there were some very noisy motorcycle with engine running all night long. I'm usually not staying in four star hotels but looking at the old...

Family-run hotel on the outskirts of Viterbo, with very low prices and clean rooms with AIR CONDITIONING, TV AND Private WC. The restaurant, managed directly by the owners, offers tasty local dishes prepared and imaginative. Parking available Tactical position because it is proximal to various LOCATIONS to visit.

The lady at the reception is very kind. Rooms ok a little old but the price is right. Better breakfast than other places and worth 4 euros each. Thank you

This is my happy place. I come here for a peaceful breath. The staff is awesome, always delivering top notch service with smiles from the moment we arrive to check in until we check out. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that the staff at Hotel Salus Terme treats me the best. The facilities are clean and well maintained. This is my favorite time of the year to come...

Visited on Good Friday (was not super busy) and it was beyond my expectation. The saunas are actually hot, there are many different pools, all good temperature, the majority of the staff were very pleasant. I also got a massage and facial from Michela in the day spa. It was really good, I fell asleep and my skin was amazing after. Highly recommend Michela!

The Spa was amazing and very friendly staff! We had the couple massage with Eliana & Mioara (they were amazing) and very recommended! However, the bar has a bad service, no one was there and the hostess was not very helpful! We ordered 2 club sandwiches at the end, and they came without chips and there is no one at the counter! So I would recommend to eat outside of the hotel!

We came with the day term access. 75 euros per person is a bit pricey, it is true. The place is very clean, it is not overcrowded. Some people could be more educated to not splash others. And some other clients block the all day long best sunbeds even if they don't use them, which is against regulation

Anyone who wants to relax. This is the most suitable place. The thermal water is wonderful and relaxing. The service at the hotel is above and beyond!!

One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming. Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.

Two days ago I spent the evening between aperitif and dinner and was amazed by the attention to detail in the dishes, as well as the kindness of the staff! Of course, exceptional taste! My favorite plate? It’s hard to choose, but the Mortadella octopus really surprised me 😍
