The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. I think this would particularly help international visitors like ourselves who do not speak Italian. The restaurants were fine, although the lunchtime service was very slow the day we used the Bistro at lunchtime.

Summer guests BEWARE, THE AC SUCKS!! And it was hard to find another hotel after one night here because THE WIFI SUCKS as well. Friendly staff, good parking.

very nice hotel with a real spa pool and a surrounding park. no noise for two days. only relax. very nice room and quality restaurant on the pool side. a perfume if the history of thermalism in Viterbo. I did not use the indoor spa because I and my wife want to enjoy the nice weather after a bad winter

Lovely hotel and amazing thermal pool
The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo
. It was just superb and we hope to be back again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for work. The rooms are very clean, although the bathroom seems a bit old. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. Many options and great service.
Very pleasant stay!
I walked to the old Viterbo from the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk, but not very adapted for pedestrians. It's better to go by car and park in the public parking lots near the old town.

Very spacious rooms. Bit old-fashioned, with nicotine colored wall-paper and lots of gold and red. It smelled a bit like somebody had been smoking in the corridor, but no such smel in the rooms themselves.
Breakfast was fine.
We paid 300euro die two doubles for one night, which was a bit steep in my view.
