Pristine room and outstanding service. The owner even helped us fix our car that had broken down - and this over the weekend!

The apartment is a little gem: attention to detail and very clean. The bathroom is spacious (with bidet and shower) and equipped with all hygiene and body care products.
It is in the historic center, but car parking is also convenient.
Patrizia (the owner) is very nice and very helpful.

We stayed 3 nights in this b&b. Excellent location in the medieval district of S.Pellegrino (there is no lift, anyone who has any difficulties should take this into account) very clean room and very comfortable bed. At breakfast Patrizia's cakes were a delight and our every request was promptly satisfied. A special thanks to Gianluca for the excellent visit suggestions, both in Viterbo and in the splendid Tuscia, in short, we understand and appreciate all the effort made to make us feel good. Highly recommended!

This bed and breakfast is located in the most beautiful medieval part of Viterbo. It was like being in a fairy tale. Beautiful walks lined with spring flowers to small art shops, restaurants and cafes. Our room was adorable and right next to a shared common space which made you feel like you had so much more space. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful to their guests. Thank you for our stay!

Very nice room with attention to the smallest details. We stayed the week of August. In the historic center, away from cars and traffic. From the windows, the historic center. Convenient location, close to the parking lot. And what about Patrizia's cakes? Very good!! And the kindness of Gianluca? A gentleman. And what about the price? Competitive! Thank you!

Exceptional (Italian style) breakfast with fresh pastries and cakes, and several kinds of local breads
The host was very kind and gave us many useful tips on things to see and do
Very good location inside the medial part of the city which is fascinating: this little know Italian town is a small jewel and definitely deserve a visit

We stayed the week before Christmas, clean rooms, very hot and all very well maintained. Super abundant and varied breakfast, Mrs. Patrizia in the kind hand and extremely available on everything.

We chose this b & b after reading all the positive reviews and we want to confirm everything we have read: the structure is beautiful, brand new and very welcoming. The rooms are large, furnished with a formidable taste, with attention to detail. The bathroom is cleaned every day and the cleanliness is flawless. Everything smells good ... In the bathroom we found everything from intimate soap, body cream, face milk ... The large and comfortable shower. Mrs. Patrizia who welcomed us is a nice and kind woman. In the morning he delighted us with an abundant and very tasty breakfast, made of many types of bread, artisan desserts (a cake with ricotta and mouth-watering chocolate chips), excellent coffee, milk, fruit juices, yogurt. No "but" really. Nothing to complain. 5 well-deserved stars.
