1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

Please note that the one-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with no exterior view. This is not specified when booking on trip.com. Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one. And half the hotel is under renovation. this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. I love this hotel. I’ve been there many times over more than 15 years. The staff are truly amazing and accommodating. It’s family oriented, great location, and always had nice activities for the kids. I don’t know if they still do this but they used to give them cooking classes. I just love it.

Great stay, customer service fantastic. Only shame was that there were cakes in the room on arrival (I know not a shame for most!) but we are vegan and so it was a waste of animal products. Also lack of non-dairy options at breakfast (no non-dairy milk for tea/coffee and had to have dry toast!)

The room was quite nice. Breakfast a little poor. Location is good, just 200 m to the byzantine church and 500 m to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is a good option in Aqaba, even the reception does not look as a 4 star hotel.

It's no frills, but there is a liquor story next door and a restaurant opposite. It does appear to be on a main drag and the carpark below is busy. Lots of beeping horns etc. but it *is* a city centre. Rooms are clean, fairly spacious and basic.

The hotel is a very short walk from the center of town and close to the bus station. Room was comfortable and decent WiFi connections. Pool on the roof was quite when I was there as was the chill pit area and bar. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any query. I have stayed two nights here, the hotel is about 19km far from downtown so you need a car to bring anything from the shops or market, pools are good and well oragnised, beach is good but you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach it and it's shared with another hotels and it's closed after sunset. Newly remodeled, it is attractive and comfortable. Hotel allows smoking so there is a strong smell throughout the hallways and can leak into the room. Location is within walking distance of city center but the walk isn't pleasant until you get to shops. The price is good for room and breakfast.

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and the services were very good (delivery to private beach, etc.). The hotel is located in the city close to shops and restaurants and the beach.

Pros: new, receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Cons: noisy - windows aren’t soundproof, can hear prayers from the mosque nearby and other people in their rooms and corridor. Breakfast wasn’t served in a restaurant but brought to the room which wasn’t mentioned and it’s pretty limited. Gym is quite small and has a very strong unpleasant smell.

The location is excellent, and there is no parking problem. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Clean, friendly, and great location. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. Costs per night were reasonable too. The staff were friendly and helpful when it comes to activities and guides in the city. I didn't miss the pool, but I think it would have been great if the terrace service was there especially for the night.

It was a great hotel sparkling clean, comfortable, great bed, very good shower, spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of Aqaba, easy to walk to great restaurants and monuments. Highly recommended. They have a Laundry shop next door very easy, affordable and fast.

Hotel location is marvelous, rooms is sea view, breakfast & service is excellent..nice pool with a lot of green space, tennis play yard, rooms is spacious, they have rooms with Balconey, staff is very friendly & professional. Hotel is near city center and close to bus station, they can assist you in arranging trips to Petra & wadi rum. Glass bottom boats trips also available, Mr. Murad at the Restuarant...
