Aqaba, Southern Beach, Tala Bay 🧭 Map
Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and sea, but the door lock didn’t function properly and we had to repeatedly ask for new keys. The pools and terrace area are lovely and it is the best beach on the Red Sea
I recommend staying there when visiting Red sea in Jordan
Breakfast buffet is really of good quality with both local offer and international offer. The beach is quite common if not disappointing but pretty much the same as other hotel close by
We had originally booked their sister hotel but they upgraded us to this hotel, and also upgraded us to a seaview room. The check in was lovely and the common areas are beautiful
Nice place along the Red Sea with a great team very much customer oriented. The place is huge ! Diving centers in the very close vicinity of the hotel are very convenient
It was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The food was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was well-organized and beautiful. The place has everything you need

Great resort, nice swimming pools (note all pools are 1. 6 meter depth uniform except for kiddy pools) be prepare to walk a lot with in the property getting to pools, restaurants etc
more specific directions to lobby will be helpful. we came here in beginning of august and it was hot and I mean hot lots of sunscreen and fluids is a must. Beach is rocky till you go further in the water it gets sandy
Great experience and great staff, special thanks to Ghufran from reception for her professional work, she was very helpful and assistive
) are all very helpful and kind. This all-inclusive hotel, but no liquor and it is so beautiful, there are no people who "bast does not knit", and this hotel becomes even more beautiful
Had a wonderful time with my family. Highly recommended resort
The location of the hotel is great because it is right on the Red Sea. You can also have dinner outside of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied

A lovely hotel in a great location. We had a free upgrade to a sea view room which was great. Helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Good location right by the Marina and beach.
In general, not a bad alternative to Egypt for lovers of the Red Sea
Good place and amazing staff and location.
the hotel is very beautiful and worth visiting and the service is great from the beginning to the end, and there are a lot of services and you can use several beaches and the pools are very clean and worth the experience ❤️
5 minutes to the Red Sea, the beach is large, the entrance to the sea is sometimes sand, sometimes sand with pebbles, there is a pontoon. On the territory there is a bank, a shop, cafes, fitness
Good hotel, basic facilities but clean and comfortable. Will book again

WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD
com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade
(I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me
After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies
I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation
Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip

Russkogovoryashie administrators. Comfortable rooms, all with balconies that overlook the sea. Warm outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. Live in town, close from everything. Highly recommend staying here!
Great service!
Best service I have had in a hotel in at least 20 years. Beautiful hotel on private beach with great accommodations. Highly recommend.
The staff is very professional, spacious rooms, cleanliness+, food+, well-groomed beach with soft sand, minibar (non-alcoholic) in the room - free of charge, but you can’t bring your own alcohol
I liked the seaview and the room.
I didn't like the breakfast, not many options.
For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. Breakfast is good, lots of choice
Shining star of Aqaba
This hotel is truly 5 star and exceeded all expectations. The staff is unbelievably attentive and makes sure you are completely satisfied during your stay. A+++++++ location!

Great hotel , good check in also thanks Mr hamza from reception desk for cooperation
There are good beach and swimming pool
Good for kids
Delicious breakfast
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a big variety of choices. The food at the beach front was delicious and the meals were in the right proportion
The staff members were most kind and helpful. We enjoyed the rose water spray from Danial at the pool every day. The Martini bar has the best cocktails and best service
This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean...
The hotel location is excellent, rooms are super clean, and the beach is really nice
breakfast restaurant needs a big makeover and update because its outdated
The variety of food and services provided is nice but needs better sorting
They provide an icebox full of ice with complementary water which is super amazing!🤩
The animation team are super nice but could do better activities for adults during the day! We’ll be visiting again soon!!

The welcome fruit plate and pastries waiting in the room is a fantastic touch. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and great views of the Red Sea. The Parking garage is conveniently next to the hotel
Staff was perfect .. everything was perfect in this hotel
The hotel is at great location and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. There’s a shop selling souvenirs just near the lobby, with a very friendly owner
Clean , good location and polite staff
Excellent staff and excellent stay
The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool

The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful
There are water games in the sea which is really great. The bar on the beach la Plague is great with lovely atmosphere. There is Camp for the kids with a small water games and pool outside the camp
whether you wanted to relax in a quiet pool or have some fun in a lively one, there was an option for everyone. the hotel staff also organized water games, which added an extra element of fun and excitement to my stay
from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets and pancakes, there was something for everyone's taste. the hotel also had more than one pool, providing
all age groups
the welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, variety of pools, quick room service, fun water games. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation
whether I was lounging by the pool or relaxing in my room, the iced peach tea was the perfect companion. overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing

However the downstairs pool was nice and very quiet so it was very peaceful. The shuttle bus is also very useful. The food was really good both at breakfast and dinner
not disturbing area and very calm full place Breakfast is tasty service at the breakfast time even thought it was a bit crowded but they managed it in a very good way I stayed their for 2 weeks it felt like home ,, Before I leave in one day I had a free massage they gave it for me as a gift But when I had the Massage with Amal “Hope” meaning of her name , I actually stayed More only because of...
I enjoyed sitting on my balcony with the lovely view of the Red Sea. I was a bit disappointed that the roof top pool was closed (and looks like it has been for years) as this would have been a really nice area
nothing is Perfect but the team of Oryx hôtel makes it Perfect Amer ,Muhammad , and unfortunately I forgot the front disk Lady’s Name She welcomed me with a lovely Smile and all of them they are very helpful, charming , with a good vibes even the head of the security is very Gentle and understanding

Taj Hotel
Aqaba, 4Th Area, Jordan 🧭 Map
Taj Hotel is a great place to stay in Aqaba, with large and comfortable rooms, a complete breakfast, nice location (close to the beach, several restaurants, stores and supermarkets), and a very friendly staff
The hotel is very well placed for the souks and the beach front. It is clean, tidy and tremendous value for money. The staff were wonderfully helpful
Excellent location - close to the sea front, yet strategically located a little away from the energy and activity of the resort
Incredibly well mannered and professional team run an exceptionally clean and well organised hotel - 7am breakfast is a huge help when planning trips - right away, you know you are in secure hands - a pleasure to stay there
I had suite so it was almost the same space as my own apartment :) Super nice staff. Around you have small markets, coffee shops. Noisy because of construction on other street side, but it won’t last forever :)
Very friendly Atmosphere from the onset. Mohammed at the reception was very helpful, very informative, gave us tips and advice, recommended places and how to ge there

The hotel is a very short walk from the center of town and close to the bus station. Room was comfortable and decent WiFi connections. Pool on the roof was quite when I was there as was the chill pit area and bar
Clean modern hotel in a good location, making it easy to walk to local sites, the beach and restaurants. They have a restaurant but I didn't try it
Location is good, just 200 m to the byzantine church and 500 m to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is a good option in Aqaba, even the reception does not look as a 4 star hotel
It's no frills, but there is a liquor story next door and a restaurant opposite. It does appear to be on a main drag and the carpark below is busy. Rooms are clean, fairly spacious and basic
Good location close to the beach and sights within walking distance. Good size rooms and nice shower; shame they forgot to give us hand towels and a bath mat. Carpets in the hallways need replacing though
Safwan who managed entire our stay perfectly to the restaurant staff and delicious food to the cleanliness to the amazing view from the 6th floor to the attention of details

The hotel has a private beach, where a shuttle bus can take you right from the hotel. Ragheb also suggested further programs to us, definitely you can turn to him with any questions you might have
I contacted him weeks before our trip and he always answered quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, the sea is within walking distance
The place is very comfortable. The manager Raghib was extremely helpful in arranging tours to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Mt
The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Ragheb, the manager, who was of great help for us in everything: with the transport to and from the airport, the trip to Wadi Rum (including the jeep-tour and the best-ever supper in the middle of Wadi Rum!) and the trip to the amazing Petra
No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.
We had 2 interconnected rooms, the rooms were cleaned and new towels were given every day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable

Whether you're lounging by the pool, savoring a meal with a view, or embarking on an adventure in the Red Sea, Cedar Hotel promises a delightful stay
Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Aqaba! Public beach is only 10 km away and Berenice beach easy accessible by bus
Breakfast was good, and we received a lovely treat from the chef — delicious pancakes, which was such a pleasant surprise! The reception staff kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the port, which made our departure smooth and easy
We spent 4 nights at Cedar Hotel and we had a first hand experience of Jordanian hospitality! Mister Ali but also his employees went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel
The rooms are clean and the hotel is situated in the centre of Aqaba, at a distance of no more than a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bus stations. I recommend staying at this hotel!

Very nice hotel in front of the sea, furnitures like a boiler, cafe and the, water, confortable bed …easy to drive to go to the south beach. Hussam at the réception was kind, friendly and helpfull
The staff was really nice and helpful, the beds were really comfortable and the hotel was very clean overall
I really enjoyed the decoration and overall aesthetic of the place and thanks to the location you have quick access to the beach, but can also quickly reach restaurants and other places of interest
Nice, clean, good furnitures, good shower, comfortable bed and possible sea view rooms too. They do not have breakfast, but the location is right on the beach with a lot of options
Very nice hotel with a very good location. The sea is like 10 meters away. It's possible to see it from the amazing terrace. I spent hours sitting on the terrace at night and looking at the night life by the sea
At night all the places offers tea & everything right on the beach (seriously you can put your foot into the water while drink and have a nice evening). Before corona they offer shisha as well

The hotel is in a great location. You can see the sea from the room. It is very close to Aqaba Fort, museums, mosques, snack bars, cafes and restaurants. You can reach them on foot, which is very convenient.
Great place close to the beach and the market and excellent cleanliness
And excellent service
The hotel is located close to a beach and to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.
Wonderful hotel, excellent service, customer service, the reception is more than wonderful, prices suitable for everyone, beautiful rooms, tidy and full services, free Wi-Fi and electric elevators
Good hotel, quick and easy check-in and check-out. The room is not very luxurious, but for what you pay it is adequate. Only the facilities look a bit old, but still tolerable.
Very average hotel with average facilities, not very clean, small guest house level, not recommended.

There was at times a very small amount of noise from neighbouring rooms but this was a non issue. Just bring good ear plugs which should be a standard accessory for any traveller anyway
Our room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon effective and plenty of hot water. Yes its dated but for the price its good value, don’t expect 5 star quality when you book and pay for 2 star
good people good stay! i would just say a bit more attention to detail is needed in terms of the rooms, also a bit hot in the hotel corridors reception areas otherwise all was well!
We had a balcony road facing room so the street noise was more prominent but we enjoyed the opportunity to sit out there and watch Aqaba life
Be prepared for a bit of street noise as its on a main city roundabout, this should somewhat be expected based on the location
I suggest Hearos NRR33 ear plugs, if you fit them properly they just about block any noise

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference
He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best
I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well
Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one. And half the hotel is under renovation. The rooftop pool is not accessible
Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service
I’ve been there many times over more than 15 years. The staff are truly amazing and accommodating. It’s family oriented, great location, and always had nice activities for the kids
