The only thing that the hotel deserves 5/5 is that the receptionist Mohammed Thanibat, but unfortunately the worst is the aggressive behaviour by owners Hanieh
Quite new hotel. Spacious room. I had suite so it was almost the same space as my own apartment :) Super nice staff. Close to downtown and sea. Around you have small markets, coffee shops. Good value. Noisy because of construction on other street side, but it won’t last forever :)
Taj Hotel is a great place to stay in Aqaba, with large and comfortable rooms, a complete breakfast, nice location (close to the beach, several restaurants, stores and supermarkets), and a very friendly staff. It was the ideal start for our trip to Jordan.
The hotel is very well placed for the souks and the beach front. It is clean, tidy and tremendous value for money. The staff were wonderfully helpful. Special mention for Mohammed for looking after our team of 4 tired Jordan Trail trekkers!
Incredibly well mannered and professional team run an exceptionally clean and well organised hotel - 7am breakfast is a huge help when planning trips - right away, you know you are in secure hands - a pleasure to stay there. Excellent location - close to the sea front, yet strategically located a little away from the energy and activity of the resort.
Very friendly and young stuff, big rooms, good price, nice accomodation were the best sides of hotel. But there are some disadvantages such as noisy construction activity next to hotel (mostly at the day time), old bazaar which you has to be passed every day. Anyway i will be back next time.

Very good hotel at a good location. Excellent staff and a good breakfast spread. Highly recommended.
The location is in the very center, everything is nearby. The hotel is worth its price and its stars, no questions asked
Old hotel, poor breakfast, average facilities
The room is okay, the space is big enough
No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.
I had a wonderful experience. The place is very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The manager Raghib was extremely helpful in arranging tours to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Mt. Nebo, and Jordan baptism. Recommended to everyone. Thank you.

The room was very good. They have a restaurant on the rooftop with a nice overview from the whole city and food at a very good price. Not many options on the menu, but as we were super tired we decided to stay in and have dinner there anyway. The breakfast is good. They also have an indoor pool that we didn't have time to enjoy.
We were very happy to find this hotel. The best place to stay in Aqaba area. The staff are friendly, helpful and ready to help at any time. The facilities, bathrooms and rooms are cleaned daily. The food was very delicious with many types of food available.
The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently close to the beach. Sami at the reception is exceptional—he's always ready to help and went above and beyond by providing extra water, towels, and complimentary coffee. The hotel is kid-friendly, and the breakfast menu is good but could use more variety. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the surrounding area, which needs more...
nice rooms with AC and wifi - little bit of a weird smell (something like stale vinegar) but the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. bit of a tricky location with most of the sidewalks covered in broken glass but the hotel itself is gorgeous, close to markets, about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea, and about 25 minutes walk from princess haya circle where you’ll find some of the...
The staff 2ere very friendly, especially the restaurant chef and staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good.
A great place to stay, an frindly personal and a very good price for accomodation!! The manager is a kindly and helpful person and he try to help us to have a great accomodation in his hotel! We are thank you for your all efforts to have a great stay at Turquoise Hotel Aqaba!

We spent 1 night here on our way to Petra. Its a nice hotel with huge rooms, clean and comfortable. As we were only 4 people with dinner included, the chef cooked up a meal for each of us which was very good. The attention in general was pleasant. The only problem is that the surrounding neighbourhood is a bit dumpy...( construction site). Though it is 5 min walk to the center and seaside.
The room are spacious and the bed was comfortable One of the towels was dirty It was difficult to control the hot water while taking a shower Breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00 but the whole restaurant was closed ti 7:05 and the receptionist inform us it will need 10 min more as the chef was late. We had to leave without having breakfast The location is not very close to Aqaba main center; you may...
Rooms are big and clean. View is amazing. Breakfast a little poor bit nice. The best part of hotel is Staff. Specially the young receptionist Sad and Faris
Stay 1 night Location: walking distance to Aqaba fort Breadkfast: quite a number of choice Room very big Stay next to lift but not noisy have basic room amenities Complientary 2 water bottle 2 chair and 1 round coffee table where you can have drink and meal. Very near to their souq
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, ready to help with whatever your needs are. Clean rooms very good breakfast! They helped us with transfer to the nearest resort even gave us the discount on taxi ride. Overall nice experience and if you are staying in Aqaba i would recommend the stay in Aqaba coast.
Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff The location is ok. Aqaba is small, so for us with a car it’s fine. It’s not in the most beautiful part of town but there’s a great local juice shop around the corner and you can see the sea from the upper floors. It’s not particularly quiet in the hotel though. The doors make a lot of noise when they close in the...

Excellent hotel! We stayed for a night and it was just perfect. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms. I will always have very good memories from this hotel and hope to return soon. I really enjoyed the fact that we could see the city through the window, and I actually loved the fact that someone living nearby had a little place with roosters and sheep. Thank you for everything and a very nice stay...

It was a great pleasure staying in this wonderful Hotel. staffs were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nicely done and comfy to stay in. kudos to sir Mohammed in the reception, He is very nice and helpful. Everything about Zaitouna Hotel was worth the price tag! I strongly recommend it without a doubt ❤️👍
The hotel is old and worn out. The rooms are basic and offers minimum. Hygiene is not a priority and is evident even in the cutlery offered in restaurant here. The air condition in my room 515 was pathetic and the TV never worked. Wifi signal in the room was weak. The positive part of the hotel was the quality and quantity of food, it was good enough. However the breakfast spread was disappointing...

Really great place. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed. In terms of cleanliness, it's perfect. The staff was constantly cleaning elevators, floors etc. etc. and it really looked great. Swimming pool on the top was also great; I spent most of my time around it. I will definitely use it on my next visit to Aqaba
We enjoyed our stay at Mass Paradise Hotel a lot. Great facilities, delicious breakfast, good location and super friendly staff. The quality to price ratio is excellent and the swimming pool on top of the hotel made our whole stay super pleasant.
Our first impression was disappointing — the room was not clean (dirty towels in the closet, garbage under the beds, bad bathroom smell, and a shower that didn’t drain until we fixed it ourselves). Luckily, the following days were better and the room was cleaner. Breakfast was very basic, so we preferred eating outside. Noise can also be an issue, as we could hear neighbors and street construction...
I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality / price ratio is very good. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the center and maximum 10 minutes to the public beach. It is very close to shops and restaurants. About 5 minutes you climb a small hill, but it is not exhausting. The rooms are large, the bed mattresses are comfortable and have their own balcony...

We stayed at Cedar Hotel with a group of tourists before taking the ferry to Taba on our way back to Sharm El Sheikh. The room is average, but the service staff's attitude is great!
The location is awesome! Right in middle of busy streets and Cornish in Aqaba. Clean spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They clean the room everyday. The breakfast is very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Aqaba! Public beach is only 10 km away and Berenice beach easy accessible by bus.

We spent 4 nights at Cedar Hotel and we had a first hand experience of Jordanian hospitality! Mister Ali but also his employees went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful, the beds were really comfortable and the hotel was very clean overall. I really enjoyed the decoration and overall aesthetic of the place and thanks to the location you have quick access to the beach, but can also quickly reach restaurants and other places of interest.
We really liked La Riva’s location. Across the street and a few steps from the hotel there is a long row of Shisha cafés right on the waterfront. The Aqaba Fort and the Arab Revolt Plaza are just a 5-minute walk away, and the walkway along the public beach is just beyond. In the other direction there is easy access to the highway heading down the coast to the dive centers and private beach clubs. ...
Very nice hotel in front of the sea, furnitures like a boiler, cafe and the, water, confortable bed …easy to drive to go to the south beach. Hussam at the réception was kind, friendly and helpfull. Many Thanks to you Hussam🙏🙏
Good hotel. Fair prices. Friendly staff.
Lovely hotel very close to the shore
Good value for money, although not in top shape (walls could use a coat of paint for example). Near the beach. Parking possible but quite busy on the weekends. Cash only at the time of writing.

The hotel is in a great location. You can see the sea from the room. It is very close to Aqaba Fort, museums, mosques, snack bars, cafes and restaurants. You can reach them on foot, which is very convenient.
Good hotel, quick and easy check-in and check-out. The room is not very luxurious, but for what you pay it is adequate. Only the facilities look a bit old, but still tolerable.
The hotel is located close to a beach and to the city center.  The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.
Very average hotel with average facilities, not very clean, small guest house level, not recommended.
Wonderful hotel, excellent service, customer service, the reception is more than wonderful, prices suitable for everyone, beautiful rooms, tidy and full services, free Wi-Fi and electric elevators

Abdullah and his team are fantastic hosts. They are warm, friendly and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at their dive centre. The rooms and clean and cool, and we enjoyed the pool area. The real highlight is the diving, which is absolutely outstanding. Our divemasters/instructors were professional and experienced, and the centre clearly prioritises safety. The sites are truly beautiful...
"Wow, what an absolutely amazing diving experience! Captain Abdullah was so classy in his approach, incredibly understanding and cooperative. I strongly encourage diving with them; it's a fantastic experience!"
Good stay! Lovely swimming pool. The rooms was not so great (no water, no hygiene products for example) No diner options available. Light breakfast. Thank you so much for the hospitality at the reception which was great :)
Just had a day diving with Red sea Aqaba with Yaseem as the dive instructor. Great day on the boat with awesome lunch and perfect guidance from Yaseen. He's funny, smart plus super responsible when diving. A man very much more mature than his years. I highly recommend diving with them plus the ratio was 2 guest divers to instructor which was great
I stayed a week et the dive center so my 10 year old son could do his Padi Open Water course and we could dive together . I didn't go to this hotel but to its restaurant and really the freshness and quality of the fish and shellfish dishes were quite spectacular....Breton faith!! The scallops were real (not the scallops that we sometimes see in France), shrimps, large mussels super fresh (you can feel it right away). In short, I recommend
The hotel is and the rooms are nice and clean. The location is great, direct on the seaside. Because of it it’s noisy- it’s on a public beach. The AC is also noisy. Staff is great and polite. For this price category its a good choice.
I have mixed feelings…. The hotel has sea view all right, but NO private beach. Room is spacious and clean, but it is really really noisy because of the music from the beach… the restaurant offers breakfast which hasn’t got many options, but the dinner a la cart menu is quite good.
The food was delicious and the service was also really nice! Unfortunately they had no rice and our favorite juice (lemon with mint) was out, but because of that we got one meal and tea for free! All in all we had a good time, thank you :))
Great location and view from balcony. They dont iron sheets so it looks like they are used to be sure they are not used have asked to changed them once again. Also room is cleaned only when asked. No kettle in a room.

Lovely place. Central to Aqaba and alls it's food places. Very friendly staff. Great view of the city. In walking distance to all the fine restaurants. The only commotion we had was from whistling teenage boys from Amman. I had a good laugh. The manager spoke to the team manager. I had a good laugh though.
