Grand Tala Bay Resort, Aqaba1 / 50

Aqaba, Southern Beach, Tala Bay 🧭 Map
Although the hotel is ideally situated, it was too large and impersonal for our taste. Compared to other hotel experiences, we found the service to be slow and lackluster. The food was acceptable but not exceptional. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and sea, but the door lock didn’t function properly and we had to repeatedly ask for new keys. The pools and terrace area are lovely and...
It was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The food was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was well-organized and beautiful. The place has everything you need. I highly recommend visiting Grand talabay hotel….
This hotel exceeded our expectations with service, amenities, comfort and food. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional: everything was fresh and tasty. I recommend staying there when visiting Red sea in Jordan.
Nice place along the Red Sea with a great team very much customer oriented. The place is huge ! Diving centers in the very close vicinity of the hotel are very convenient. Breakfast buffet is really of good quality with both local offer and international offer. The beach is quite common if not disappointing but pretty much the same as other hotel close by. If you swim a few meters away from the beach...
We had originally booked their sister hotel but they upgraded us to this hotel, and also upgraded us to a seaview room. The check in was lovely and the common areas are beautiful. This place is huge and is basically a whole village which is nice to walk to (internally.) The 5 pools and beach are great. Our room was ok, a bit outdated. Great balcony and lots of space for your suitcase. There was a...
The Otel is generally nice, the pools are so good and the sea ıs good too but in the sea, there is so much rock. The rooms are big and clean, just sometimes, toilets making bad smell, the breakfast so good and tasty, every personnel in here are so kind and sweet. Thanks for everything.

Great resort, nice swimming pools (note all pools are 1.6 meter depth uniform except for kiddy pools) be prepare to walk a lot with in the property getting to pools, restaurants etc .. more specific directions to lobby will be helpful.. we came here in beginning of august and it was hot and I mean hot lots of sunscreen and fluids is a must. Beach is rocky till you go further in the water it gets sandy...
A flamboyant architecture of the hotel makes you feel amaze. I would recommend this hotel and resort for the people who loves beaches! And the food is so good and delicious! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Its just as simple as 10/10
I loved everything about my stay here. starting from the check in, the receptionists were so friendly and welcoming with big smiles. We were also really happy about the service and variety of food options available at the buffet. The pools and beach were clean, with life guards available in all which made us feel safe since we had kids with us. Also the kids club was good for the kids to relax from...
Key takeaway points . Friendly staff , clean rooms, very big smart tv with nice wifi inside the room. Variety of pools all clean and very professional lifeguard and free fruit slices in the afternoon. Kids club with nice play area and very friendly attendants. The reception were very nice and gave us free upgrade... The only draw back is the very hot weather in Jordan at this time of year .
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a large hotel with a clean area, the beach is clean and comfortable. Excellent and inexpensive food in the restaurant, the dishes are great, very tasty!!! We enjoyed every day in this hotel!! Every day there were different sports programs for adults and children's shows! We were very lucky to be here at Easter, as there were various carnivals,...
Thank you very much for your stay at your Hotel. I liked everything very much. Incredible staff, incredible service, amazing animation and delicious food. Very clean room. Truly a heavenly place. It was amazing and incredible.

Great hotel , good check in also thanks Mr hamza from reception desk for cooperation There are good beach and swimming pool Good for kids Delicious breakfast
Very nice stay , one of my best stay in Aqaba
This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean...

The hotel location is excellent, rooms are super clean, and the beach is really nice.. breakfast restaurant needs a big makeover and update because its outdated The variety of food and services provided is nice but needs better sorting They provide an icebox full of ice with complementary water which is super amazing!🤩 The animation team are super nice but could do better activities for adults during...

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get...
A boutique hotel with a strong Arabic style and an unbeatable sunset.
The hotel is very good, the price is also not too expensive for a hotel this good. only the toilet in the room has no water spray
Nice facility, very welcoming reception, decent food and restaurants options. I like the design of the resort..
Love this hotel! The service is very good and warm, and the dinner in the hotel is also good. The decoration of the entire hotel, including the rooms, is very Arabic. I don’t know why it doesn’t look photogenic in photos, but it actually looks pretty!
Great resort with beautiful views and great service. There’s only two restaurants and they close early and that’s a bit disappointing.

Everything was up to the level, however the rooms missed some key amenities for someone travelling for business
Nice and comfortable, central location, good staff
Stayed one night. Nice beach hotel. There are few tourists, probably due to the proximity of Israel. You cannot bring your own alcohol, they have it at the hotel. For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. And so all is well). Breakfast is good, lots of choice....
The last hotel in Jordan, on the edge of the Red Sea, is perfect for a relaxing vacation. I really like the hotel's balcony, facing the sea, where you can watch the sunset, and there are free beer and snacks.
Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there. The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside. The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels) Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby. For a 5* the curtains with holes are average...
I planned to stay in Aqaba for one day and then drive back to Amman, but ended up staying 3 nights and 4 days because of this amazing hotel. The rooms are modern, simple and super clean. The entire hotel can actually be described that way. The infinity pool is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Usually the pools seem great in the pictures but very disappointing in reality. Often too small. This one is huge! I had a lot...

1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.
Please note that the one-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with no exterior view. This is not specified when booking on trip.com. Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one. And half the hotel is under renovation. The rooftop pool is not accessible.
this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best.
We stayed at room 125 and we had the best experience ever. The service was really good and the workers were very kind and respectful. They fulfilled everything what we asked for and always with a smile on their face and the will to help always. We will definitely be back. 100/100
I love this hotel. I’ve been there many times over more than 15 years. The staff are truly amazing and accommodating. It’s family oriented, great location, and always had nice activities for the kids. I don’t know if they still do this but they used to give them cooking classes. I just love it.
Best hotel I’ve ever been to! Diana and Hussein are so kind and entertaining. Blossom entertainment is amazing and would recommend to bring your kids here. There is free henna, bracelet making, yoga, football, and other activities. Relaxing

The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful
Such a great hotel, we enjoyed everything a lot. The rooms are super clean with big area, both inside and outside at the balcony. The material in the room is luxury. Not luxury by any standards, except the rates. Too many comments personally, but I’ll stay objective. Forced to book a suite with regency club access, and paid extra. Found out when arrived kids are not allowed, not told about a breakfast or mini dinner buffet they have in the club. Weak AC in rooms, too many cracks in hallways, room view for extra charge isn’t great. Breakfast buffet is nice, not...

Clean, comfortable, services very well. And near from the sea. I recommend the experience to anyone who loves comfort
Hotel at the highest level. Clean room and bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Nice gentleman at the reception. Parking at the hotel with monitoring. The view of the city is beautiful. We felt very comfortable in the hotel.
Beautiful and peaceful location despite being in the center of the city. It is easily accessible. The management was very helpful in getting anything we needed and made our stay that much better. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view. Also, one of the few hotels where the staff understands English. Over all everything was excellent.
Masha Allah, the hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The hotel owner, Mr. Sayed Omar, is a polite man, and the staff are all cooperative and cheerful.
A pleasant surprise in terms of quality/price ratio. Renovated hotel with a very welcoming interior. Perfect location. It has a nice terrace with an incredible 360° view. Check fast. The food is good. Alcohol: Beer 12 turnovers. Rum. Gin. Martinis and wine are paid. Cocktails are paid. Animation no. There's no beach. Accessibility to the sea from long. The hotel area is not big. The location is far from city. The hotel is boring.
I wish I could have stayed longer at this beautiful resort.
Very nice Hotel. Kind staff. Well situated. Good quality in the Restaurant
The hotel is clean, service is good, quickly settled. But there is a huge minus - the beach outside the hotel its not taken at the municipal, this beach is dirty, the entrance to the sea on the rocks, around the local vacationers uncomfortable. Taken strictly on schedule: 9.30 to 12.30 (back) and after lunch at 14.30 on the beach, at 16.30 back. To walk to the hotel about 10 minutes at a quick pace...
The family rest, I like everything: food, room, swimming pool, attitude of staff, the receptionist Russian speaking girl Oksana. Beach the sea is good, a free bus ride, but you can walk (10-15 min nothing), beds are all missing. Beautiful sea, lots of fish, interesting coral, I watched a sea turtle and a big Stingray. The room was quite nice. Breakfast a little poor. Location is good, just 200 m to the byzantine church and 500 m to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is a good option in Aqaba, even the reception does not look as a 4 star hotel.
It's no frills, but there is a liquor story next door and a restaurant opposite. It does appear to be on a main drag and the carpark below is busy. Lots of beeping horns etc. but it *is* a city centre. Rooms are clean, fairly spacious and basic.
The hotel is a very short walk from the center of town and close to the bus station. Room was comfortable and decent WiFi connections. Pool on the roof was quite when I was there as was the chill pit area and bar. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any query. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice of food with eggs cooked to order
Since the first impression and elegant welcoming by the gentle receptionist Mr. Safwan who managed entire our stay perfectly to the restaurant staff and delicious food to the cleanliness to the amazing view from the 6th floor to the attention of details.... We would back and recommended this fantastic place again and again and again
It was an amazing stay.... Helpful staff especially Mr. Safwan who tried his best and he's the best to assist us... Delicious food and services... clean rooms... Big swimming pool.. unbelievable view from the tarace... We will again and again... Deserve more than 5/5... Highly recommended
Clean modern hotel in a good location, making it easy to walk to local sites, the beach and restaurants. They have a restaurant but I didn't try it. Didn't have much time to become familiar with the hotel so I can't speak to the amenities. Elevators were sure small but there was 2 of them.

Jordan was the 48th country for me, for my wife the 45th, we love a variety of recreation options depending on the country - from campsites with a tent (good when traveling by car from Moscow around Europe in the summer) to hotels worth several hundred dollars (in the same Jordan near Petra spent the night at Petra Bubble Luxhotel). I visited so many hotels around the world, I haven’t seen very friendly and very nice staff like the staff at this hotel, specially the Hotel manager “Mr. Mohammad Alresheq” he is so cool , super very nice and very friendly gentleman. We found everything exactly as described and advertised before we book in.
Second time coming to the hotel, is close to everything and 5 min walking to the public beach. This hotel is the one with very reasonable price. The room was very good. They have a restaurant on the rooftop with a nice overview from the whole city and food at a very good price. We were very happy to find this hotel. The best place to stay in Aqaba area. The staff are friendly, helpful and ready to help at any time. The facilities, bathrooms and rooms are cleaned daily. The food was very delicious with many types of food available.
The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently close to the beach. Sami at the reception is exceptional—he's always ready to help and went above and beyond by providing extra water, towels, and complimentary coffee.
