Everything was good about this hotel except the pool hygiene- could be better cleaned. Also better service at the beach would be nice. this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best.

I love this hotel. I’ve been there many times over more than 15 years. The staff are truly amazing and accommodating. It’s family oriented, great location, and always had nice activities for the kids. I don’t know if they still do this but they used to give them cooking classes. I just love it.

This hotel was just what I needed as part of my journey home. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Looked after me the whole time. Just out of town but a free shuttle bus 🚌 service is provided as and when required. Recommended and I will be back.

Oryx doesn't have a beach of its own but it provides access to nice. beaches for a fee. All in all, it was a great visit and hope to return in the near future.

Great stay, customer service fantastic. Only shame was that there were cakes in the room on arrival (I know not a shame for most!) but we are vegan and so it was a waste of animal products. Also lack of non-dairy options at breakfast (no non-dairy milk for tea/coffee and had to have dry toast!)

I have stayed two nights here, the hotel is about 19km far from downtown so you need a car to bring anything from the shops or market, pools are good and well oragnised, beach is good but you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach it and it's shared with another hotels and it's closed after sunset. The only downside is the room style, it's not 4 stars in any meaning, old CRT TV, below average bathroom...

They promptly changed the number. We found a crib. Everything is clean and tidy. Polite staff. Resolve existing issues promptly. Local sockets need adapters. Lots of mosquitoes no nets on the windows.

I had an amazing stay at the resort. The facility was very clean and staff was very helpful and attentive, especially ragab and Tito. They made our stay so pleasant and we spent an amazing time with them. They were so helpful and loved to help and informed us about their daily shows and events. I would definitely come back. One of the most fair places I've ever booked! We couldn't manage to catch our flight from Budapest to Aqaba due to unresonable waiting line at Röszke boarder crossing between Serbia and Hungary, this place accepted our cancellation. Normal 4 * hotel, the service is really not Egyptian , we have 6 floor with sea view, room not very clean but tolerable, dinner and Breakfast of a similar , exceptional service , price and quality are appropriate. Less need to the beach by taxi or free Shuttle bus on a paid beach.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfasts are continental style with plenty of juice, coffee and tea. Beds were too firm for us, woke with painful joints, also Internet was a bit hit and miss, it was very busy at times and this may have contributed. Overall we enjoyed the visit and would recommend the hotel for budget conscious travelers.
