The hotel location is excellent, rooms are super clean, and the beach is really nice.. breakfast restaurant needs a big makeover and update because its outdated The variety of food and services provided is nice but needs better sorting They provide an icebox full of ice with complementary water which is super amazing!🤩 The animation team are super nice but could do better activities for adults during...
I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast, and I must commend Ahmad Al Masri for making the experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, setting a positive tone for the morning. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my coffee was always topped up and that I had everything I needed. The level of service provided by Ahmad was outstanding...
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a big variety of choices. The food at the beach front was delicious and the meals were in the right proportion. The staff members were most kind and helpful. We enjoyed the rose water spray from Danial at the pool every day. The Martini bar has the best cocktails and best service. The entertainment crew also had...
Great hotel, clean rooms, pleasant service. The staff will make sure you feel comfortable. Thanks to the cheerful animators, there is something to do throughout the day: sports classes, yoga, morning exercises, and the evening show programs were amazing. Large selection of dishes and desserts. I really liked it 🤗 I will definitely come back here again. Thank you very much to the animation team and...
Everything was good about this hotel except the pool hygiene- could be better cleaned. Also better service at the beach would be nice. For example, when you do lunch at the beach, logically someone shall come in an hour or so to take the tray with left over food and dirty dishes. instead when we finished eating it was there in 42 C degrees for more then 3 hours. Would be good if staff regularly checks...
Great hotel grounds (large rooms, a private beach, several pools, playgrounds, and rooms, cafes and restaurants), delicious Breakfast and dinner, nice staff. For me, a big minus was, is that you can smoke everywhere: on the beach, in the corridors of the hotel in resonance on the street. And Smoking there are many, especially local. The hotel they demand, especially from Thursday to Sunday :). The...

I planned to stay in Aqaba for one day and then drive back to Amman, but ended up staying 3 nights and 4 days because of this amazing hotel. The rooms are modern, simple and super clean. The entire hotel can actually be described that way. The infinity pool is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Usually the pools seem great in the pictures but very disappointing in reality. Often too small. This one is huge! I had a lot...
A place to stay and ti fully enjoy. The architecture and beautiful arranged facilities make you feel like staying at a private first class estate. Sea view from each room, spacious public areas, very clean and refreshing pools and a hot tub to refresh..Not to mention the excellent quality and taste of all food and the great view from the Sky Bar🎉. And the polite and well trained staff makes it a unique...
As always, great hotel to stay in, great stuff. Very welcoming receptionist special thanks for the girl on the reception she’s the best she was cooperative with guests requests. Nice breakfast. They even improved the variety of food from my last stay. Highly recommend this hotel and very proud to be a GHA member. Keep it up!!
I enjoyed my time a lot, thanks to Kempinski hotel's management. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very nice😌 Big thanks 🙏 for Ms. Huda from the front desk. The women who made our vacation good!!! She’s Amazing! Gorgeous in every respect, wonderful service from all the hotel staff, and absolutely delicious food with a breakfast buffet that seems endless. Right on the Sea with a gorgeous...
The first thing we noticed on arrival was the lovely fragrance in the lobby. We spent a very happy 3 days here using the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. we enjoyed a great view of the pool from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially HUDA she was lovely smiling loving to help and assist us very well we just know about everything in the hotel by her we also enjoyed...
We are clients of this hotel. And once again we vacationed at the hotel a week ago. Everything was great: quick check-in, wonderful room, beautiful sea with excellent staff and a good breakfast. I especially want to thank the manager Maen Daher. But in general, thanks to the whole team. Thanks to everyone.

What a wonderful hotel. All the staff are so helpful and curtious. The amminities are well thought out. The rooms as well. Lunch and dinners are very tasty and comforting. Breakfast a little less, but loved the eggs...
This hotel definitely lives up to its 5 stars. We stayed for 4 nights in November and really enjoyed it - the rooms, pool and beaches are all top notch and the gym was seemingly brand new and amazingly well-equipped. The food at the buffet dinner was also really good. The service was generally very good but they need more waitstaff at the Lebanese restaurant - we arrived on the early side and the...
One of my all time favorite Marriott properties. Beautiful rooms. Cozy beds. Amazing lobby, pool, and beachfront. But most importantly all of the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend if staying in Aqaba!
I slept at the Al Manara Hotel for 3 nights. A hotel that is great and very new, I was told that it is only 5 years old. The entire hotel staff was nice and welcoming from the reception to the last employee. The breakfast was excellent, very varied and the waiter service during breakfast was fantastic. Another plus is the hotel's new gym, it has high-end machines including towels and almost always...
One of the best hotels I've been to. I can't wait for a chance to go back. I felt like the queen! We all did! The service couldn't be better. I almost felt like maybe they thought I was someone famous cause the service was just beyond. They have thought of everything - cold washcloths to put on your face next to the pool, with orange fragrance, a guy walking around spraying scented mist on you, fresh...
Perfect location , 5 min walk to the centre. The bed , pillows were very comfortable The room was clean Excellent service on the reception . Very welcome and hospitality

this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best.
We stayed at room 125 and we had the best experience ever. The service was really good and the workers were very kind and respectful. They fulfilled everything what we asked for and always with a smile on their face and the will to help always. We will definitely be back. 100/100
I love this hotel. I’ve been there many times over more than 15 years. The staff are truly amazing and accommodating. It’s family oriented, great location, and always had nice activities for the kids. I don’t know if they still do this but they used to give them cooking classes. I just love it.
Best hotel I’ve ever been to! Diana and Hussein are so kind and entertaining. Blossom entertainment is amazing and would recommend to bring your kids here. There is free henna, bracelet making, yoga, football, and other activities. Relaxing

the staff is very professional and welcoming, they provided excellent services and help whenever needed, the cleanliness is top tier whether in the rooms or pools or overall. the price for the service and quality is unbeatable highly recommended
This hotel was just what I needed as part of my journey home. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Looked after me the whole time. Just out of town but a free shuttle bus 🚌 service is provided as and when required. Recommended and I will be back.
From the first moment you enter, you will feel taken care of and will receive the luxurious and professional treatment. The level of cleanliness in the rooms is at its highest level, and the city view is wonderful. The staff are professional, friendly, and caring, starting from Mr. Ahmed, the first person who you will meet reaching the General Manager Mr. George Dababneh. The facilities are versatile...
The hotel's location is convenient and picturesque, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy a delightful culinary experience with a wide variety of breakfast options and attentive service. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing, complemented by friendly staff. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and parking facilities.
The hotel is very nice and the location is good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was tasty and diverse. The room was spacious with a big balcony. However, i wished there was a mini bar with some soft drinks and snacks. Oryx doesn't have a beach of its own but it provides access to nice. beaches for a fee. All in all, it was a great visit and hope to return in the near future.
Great stay, customer service fantastic. Only shame was that there were cakes in the room on arrival (I know not a shame for most!) but we are vegan and so it was a waste of animal products. Also lack of non-dairy options at breakfast (no non-dairy milk for tea/coffee and had to have dry toast!)

I have stayed two nights here, the hotel is about 19km far from downtown so you need a car to bring anything from the shops or market, pools are good and well oragnised, beach is good but you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach it and it's shared with another hotels and it's closed after sunset. The only downside is the room style, it's not 4 stars in any meaning, old CRT TV, below average bathroom...
Good hotel. Could be more clear, but ok. Acceptable food. Really quiet. Not the best location. You should walk 5-10 minutes to the beach or wait a hour for the bus to go to the city. It was nice to visit, but I don't see any reason to come back
They promptly changed the number. We found a crib. Everything is clean and tidy. Polite staff. Resolve existing issues promptly. Local sockets need adapters. Lots of mosquitoes no nets on the windows.
Clean territory, good-natured and helpful staff, they don’t speak Russian, everything is in English. The food isn't great, but you won't go hungry. 5 minutes to the Red Sea, the beach is large, the entrance to the sea is sometimes sand, sometimes sand with pebbles, there is a pontoon. On the territory there is a bank, a shop, cafes, fitness. Many different excursions: from Petra to Israel....

A flamboyant architecture of the hotel makes you feel amaze. I would recommend this hotel and resort for the people who loves beaches! And the food is so good and delicious! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Its just as simple as 10/10
I loved everything about my stay here. starting from the check in, the receptionists were so friendly and welcoming with big smiles. Key takeaway points . Friendly staff , clean rooms, very big smart tv with nice wifi inside the room. Variety of pools all clean and very professional lifeguard and free fruit slices in the afternoon. Kids club with nice play area and very friendly attendants. The reception were very nice and gave us free upgrade... The only draw back is the very hot weather in Jordan at this time of year .
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a large hotel with a clean area, the beach is clean and comfortable. Excellent and inexpensive food in the restaurant, the dishes are great, very tasty!!! We enjoyed every day in this hotel!! Location is good beside quiet Marina park. Marina offers many activities. Food in restaurant is average and same every day, Nice staff but service is not the best, understaffed or badly managed, (have to get. own cutlery, no cups etc. Beach and pools are very nice, limited drinks available. But weather and sun are amazing, nice cooling breeze
I had an amazing stay at the resort. The facility was very clean and staff was very helpful and attentive, especially ragab and Tito. They made our stay so pleasant and we spent an amazing time with them. They were so helpful and loved to help and informed us about their daily shows and events. I would definitely come back. They made sure we were always comfortable and catered to all our needs.
Good stay, very good large swimming pool with a sea view and very good breakfast. The staff could have been more professional with clearer demonstration on facilities and services. They have a bus dedicated to deliver people to city center at 3:30PM, and comes back to the hotel at 8:00PM. Rooms are good but the extra bed they got us wasn't very good, it was small and fragile with a lot of noise.
I had an incredible stay at the Grand Tala Bay Resort in Aqaba last week with my family. We, a family of four, including two young kids aged 3 and 5, spent 4 nights there, and it was truly amazing! The resort offered a perfect blend of relaxation and family-friendly activities. The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our children had a fantastic time as well. The beautiful...
The staff at the front desk were spectacular! Upgraded us and were more then helpful. The rooms and elevators need to be updated, our room had a sewer smell to it and the furniture had old stains on it and the shower was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. (We were in a deluxe room). The food was good. I think for a 5 star hotel that the juice shouldn't come out of a carton but should be freshed...
We were accomodated in this hotel for one week and generally, we were quite satisfied. Yeah, its the truth, that the hotel and some rooms needs slowly some reconstruction, because its visible that it passed some time from the opening. But our room was good and we were satisfied. Also the food and staff was good during our stay. We spent there nice holiday time.

i had such an incredible experience at this hotel that I am already planning my return the hotel had a fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of food choices. from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets and pancakes, there was something for everyone's taste. the hotel also had more than one pool, providing all age groups. whether you wanted to relax in a quiet pool or have some fun...
Not luxury by any standards, except the rates. Too many comments personally, but I’ll stay objective. Forced to book a suite with regency club access, and paid extra. Found out when arrived kids are not allowed, not told about a breakfast or mini dinner buffet they have in the club. Weak AC in rooms, too many cracks in hallways, room view for extra charge isn’t great. Breakfast buffet is nice, not...
Had an amazing experience at Hotel Hyatt Regency. It was very modern and beautiful. Breakfast was super organized and pleasing! The pools are very clean. Staff was very polite. Rooms are clean. Everything in Ayla was great! I would highly recommend this place!
The hotel is very modern and beautiful. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and delicious, but there is a place for more diversification in food. A ground room was convenient and well decorated with a terrace. SPA is good but expensive. Several pools for kids and adults.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfasts are continental style with plenty of juice, coffee and tea. Beds were too firm for us, woke with painful joints, also Internet was a bit hit and miss, it was very busy at times and this may have contributed. Overall we enjoyed the visit and would recommend the hotel for budget conscious travelers.
NICE STAFF, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE All the staff was EXTREMELY nice, everyone made an extra effort for us to be happy and content. Mahmoud, one of the staff happily helped us when we had an issue with our door and even left us a cute surprise in the room waiting for us. I would come here just to see these nice people again!! The pillows were comfy and I slept like a baby.
Great hotel. The location is very near to downtown Aqaba and the main shopping/"nightlife" boulevard. The beach is also in walking distance although I would suggest a resort for a beach holiday as the city beach is rather dirty. Breakfast is good for Jordanian standards.
