Air Hotel

We needed a crash pad after arriving from a long trip and before heading to Vilnius. So, our expectations were not too high. In that respect AirHotel delivered. It is not a fancy room and there was a very strong smell of a strange cleaning material. The check in and out service was very smooth. The area is very quiet even though we are inside the airport, which suggests that the room insolation is perfect. The a/c also seems great as it was very hot outside on that summer night. The beds were very comfortable. We slept 8 hours straight and felt refreshed the next day

Basic, clean and comfortable what more could you want. We were catching an early flight so it was best to stay as close as possible. We got this at a good price, my advice is to book in advance. The rooms are spotless so well done to all the cleaners. The hotel smells great 👍 Bed is comfortable enough, pillows are big and medium (firm to soft). Shower was great and shower room was spotless. It has shampoo and conditioner stuck to the wall. Smart TV which is brilliant 🤩 was very happy to see Netflix as sometimes at night I can’t sleep so was nice to have the tv on. You can hear planes at all hours of the night some may be disturbed by this, but it did not bother me. Some people leave at crazy hours of the morning to catch flights which is understandable. Overall I had a great stay, if you’ve had any type of surgery you may need to ask for extra pillows. They do breakfasts from 7:30am but I was not there for it. the menu looked basic, cheap and tasty. This hotel has lots of microwave food, drinks, crisps, chocolate which I thought was great for people if they were hungry. Parking is outside for hotel residents only. Car park looked safe enough. There is also a lift in this hotel. When you check in they give you a ‘Flight boarding pass’ very cool 😎

The only thing I felt let this hotel down was the receptionist, (blond girl in her 20’s, long pink nails - also had her boyfriend outside revving his car loudly while she was on working hours) she was extremely rude, she didn’t even look at us, or say hello or welcome us - when we arrived she kept looking at the computer, asked for our passports and slammed the key down. Again not even looking at us. A while later I needed an extra pillow but I waited until new staff arrived. This girl is extremely rude and the hotel would be a 10/10 but for this girl she lets the hotel down. It costs nothing to be nice, yet you can’t even receive it here.
