If you're planning to stay at this hotel, do yourself a favor and avoid ordering food here. The quality is shockingly poor—frozen pizza from the supermarket has more flavor and far better quality. The burger was especially disappointing, with hardly any real meat, just some chewy, unidentifiable substance. Breakfast was okay, but set your expectations low.

Now, onto the hotel itself: the elevators are a nightmare. Only one of the two was working, and just getting to breakfast, back to our room, and then to the parking lot took a ridiculous 25 minutes of waiting for the elevator. The staff is friendly, but there's an underlying passive-aggression to their service. At the bar, despite six staff members present, it took forever to order anything.

We stayed here three separate times over the course of a month, and each experience was worse than the one before. In the room, don't expect much—there was no water, no fridge, no slippers. Essentially, you're getting a bed and a mediocre breakfast, and that's about it. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Everything looks really great on the surface. It felt like when you get something from a cheap store that looks really modern, but falls apart the second you start using it. Our room’s A/C wasn’t working and when we mentioned it to reception, we were told that it doesn’t work well when the hotel is full. I mean there wasn’t any air coming out of the vent, so it definitely wasn’t working at all. The bathroom smelled fairly strong of cigarettes as if someone down the line of vents was just chain smoking. Really loved our visit to Kaunas, but this hotel really misses the mark.

The service in hotel is so weird, they charge you ant then when you asked for the confirmation from the card terminal they denied. I have explained that when I’m buying something I should receive the receipt, I know that receipt from terminal is optional until the customer not ask for it, and I have asked and do not receive. Rooms very dark, instead of free welcome drink I would rather prefer to have complimentary water in the room, either kettle with tee and coffee. I’m room weren’t also any wardrobe which in 3-star hotel is mandatory. One lift all the time blocked, so only one in use for six floor hotel.
