Chose it because we really liked Ibis in Lviv, Ukraine. Even though we had a premium room, it was as basic as you can get. There was no drinking water in the room. No sockets near the bed and only three for the entire room.
No free parking even for disabled.
Not friendly for disabled people overall.
Breakfast is basic and the salad, tomatoes and fruits were not fresh. Coffee was pretty good.
Most importantly, the location is noisy and we could not sleep because of load music from local bars. And we stayed on the fifth floor.
We will avoid it in the future but you can weight pros and cones for your case.

This hotel is located near to the city centre by 15 minutes walk , located just next to the bus station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is really nice and the front desk is helpful and friendly. You can choose here for a stay in Kaunas without any hesitation

Very nice and competent service at the reception. Location close to the shopping center, but quiet in the rooms. Rooms clean. The rooms have a hot water kettle and a capsule coffee machine! Breakfast was good, with a large selection of dishes. Good coffee and drinks.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever faced in a Hotel. The rooms are filthy as hell, dust everywhere (being allergic I had problems, but even when I asked if it was possible to use the vacuum cleaner just because of the allergy problem, nothing I asked for was done) Air conditioning that doesn't work. Mold in the shower, the toilet brush is something disgusting. The first night I found a spider in my bed (and it wasn't the first unfortunately) The housekeepers don't clean, they don't change the sheets and they don't make the bed. (Of course it is better to smoke outside with colleagues than to go to work).
The windows are not soundproof so even if you close them the noise coming from outside can still be heard.
Breakfast is always the same and me being vegan was a problem. The staff fortunately not all but they were out of bounds rude, disrespectful, annoyed with everything.
In conclusion I will never stay at the Ibis Hotel again.

I had to stand in such a long line for check in because of which I got late for my meeting. There should be more people working in rush hours not just 2 with 10 people waiting for their turns. The room had no tissue paper. The TV didn’t work. The bathroom was not perfectly clean. My card stopped working an hour before check out which made me stand in line again. The hotel is at a location where I couldn’t get a bolt easily. The location is not very convenient. Overall terrible service.

Big disappointment.
The first and the last time.
The rooms are DIRTY and neglected.
Hair in the shower, dust everywhere.
No welcome insert for gold status.
No welcome drink.
The restaurant downstairs was closed after 7 hours of travel, we were sent to the Club on the 9th floor where the music was so loud that we couldn't hear our own thoughts.
Ibis Budget is a luxury hotel compared to this one…
