Totally not suitable for kids autumn holidays. Play room is closed and nobody let you in, even though the schedule says it is open from 3 to 7 pm. No book shelf to borrow a book and read. Floating poo in the kid's pool. Dining is very poor, offering the same menu, so every day kids eat the same soup, chicken nuggets or linguine... And the prices are just ridiculous for all this. Very disappointed. Won't be back here again for family vacation.

Had the best time with mum at this resort. The dinner at La Paysage restaurant with the beautiful music accompanied with the sax player who was playing the most beautiful songs. The service was top notch by one of the male servers too. 👍🏼

🙁staff in reception during check in time, lady was rude and unprofessional. In the pool area no lifeguard and people doing whatever they want jumping in to the water, bringing some things which shouldn't be allowed to bring, jacuzzi was not working, sauna with broken wooden sitting area, people wearing slippers in sauna and sitting without towels.
Only few good things: breakfast and relaxing area near spa at summer time
Beach not clean and some sun-beds are broken.
Overall hotel needs renovation.

We stayed at superior room. Very spacious with balcony & amazing view. Bed is huge, more like a king size. The room comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. We used the swimming pool facilities and had a body scrub procedure at the spa. We also went to Bora Bora and had some refreshments there. It’s got an island vibe. Perfect holiday for me.

Nice beautiful lake view and reasonable price seems you should not expect any services.
Same receptionist for two days, who had only black face for guests, no matter it was normal check in/out process or questions for information.
Room service is provided upon request for staying 2 nights, hardly say it’s green saving or cost saving. Not being informed unless you notice the small sticker on the room’s mirror.
Big and beautiful restaurant with at least 10 tables customers but only 2 waitresses (in hanging around speed).

a great example of cutting costs for the sake of pocketing as many profits as possible:
1. the food in restaurants is expensive, but tastes worse than what you could find for 50% of the price in the city itself
2. The rooms feel outdated, with fairly worn furniture, and not very clean - there were tons of stains on the bathroom floor where we stayed, could be anything - from water to semen.
3. The room also came with a kettle, but no instant coffee and no tea bags
4. personnel seem cranky and frustrated for no reason
5. restaurant service is slow, I waited 30 minutes for soup and didn't get it
6. no free slippers. want a pair? pay €4 for basic slippers
7. interiors in general seemed somewhat dilapidated and worn down, not exactly what you think of when you read the word "grand"
on the upside at least you don't have to pay for robes, and the spa was nice
ultimately it feels like something that is geared towards tourists that don't know any better - no one in their right mind would stay here past their first visit
All in all there are lots of little things that are either bad or missing that would make your stay feel a lot more welcome

Room and breakfast were OK and the spa is good. However, for the price we really expected a better standard regarding the service. Bad communication, cranky and annoyed attitude of staff and many mistakes that were made will make sure we will not come back to this place. We

... all the stuff you desire... diverse restaurants with lovely food. Relaxing surroundings (lake and woodlands) with lovely spa & various facilities. Also, it is a good place to bring the kids along as there are separate facilities for families.

In general fine place for weekend rest. Room was nice, breakfast with wide offer and very tasty. Did not like that when we went to SPA reception we could not ask to add spa additional price to room bill as we had pepayed the stay and not assigned credit card during registration. That is why we did not visited vitality spa, but still general spa zone was also ok.

A great place to stay at! About 15 minute ride from Vilnius. It’s a very clean, spacious hotel, even cheaper rooms have balconies. Welcoming and friendly staff. Many SPA options to choose from. Breakfast buffet is nice - very diverse. Bali massage is amazing. Definitely would come again.
