I had a wonderful stay at Amberton Cathedral Square Hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the entire place smelled fresh and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the location couldn’t be better—so convenient and close to everything I needed.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about making guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel.
Although my credit card did not work for online payment, the staff confirmed via WhatsApp that I could pay upon arrival. This was a great relief for me as it was my first time visiting a Baltic country!
Upon arrival, everything went as agreed. Since I arrived late, around 9:00 PM, I communicated with a staff member via phone, who guided me through the process, and I made the payment without any issues. They sent me the code and room number.
The room was functional and clean, with a more classic style, meaning the furniture was older. However, this was not a problem for me since my trip was mainly for work and sightseeing, and I spent little time in the room.
The room was equipped with a TV, fridge, ironing board, iron, and a hairdryer.
The best thing about this hotel was its location. It is situated in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, which I believe is its greatest value. I had easy access to Vilnius’ most historic sites, which I visited extensively.
Additionally, there were supermarkets, a shopping center, cafes, and various shops nearby—everything I needed was within reach.
I stayed there for three nights, but I felt so comfortable that it seemed like I had been there much longer!
I hope to return one day with my family and explore historic Vilnius once again.

The location and the room were great.

The location is what you pay for. Your stay experience depends on the room you get: inside court view rooms are pretty dark, small and not cosy, but very quiet. If you book a room with a view to the cathedral, then you know what you're paying for. But it could be noisy. Mainly, it's a self-check-in hotel. Our room was not cleaned; to get extra pillows took a few days. We found only 3 hangers in the cupboard, and no more hangers were available. There is no reception or any pleasant welcome, just a girl sitting at the Info desk, who seems has not much interest to welcome you. Breakfast is really very basic, like in a 3-star hotel. However, the view pays off.

We stayed only one night but it wasn’t pleasant at all. The heating wasn’t working, they managed to move us to another room but what a surprise the heating wasn’t working there also. Can’t understand how the hotel working all year round in winter doesn’t have a proper heating. There is no reception, to enter the toilet downstairs you need to enter the code. If you try to be fancy and modern maybe first clean our toilets. 1 start only for location.

Excellent hotel! We received all the information we needed before arriving. So when we arrived, already at night, we didn't have any problem to check-in. The bedroom was spacious and clean. Mattress was very good and shower was perfect. They also gave us bottles of water and chocolates. Very nice. The location is very very good. In the heart of the old town. The only thing they could improve are the pillows. Just that. But I definitely would stay again there! BTW they also allow us to leave out luggage after check-out and for free. Super useful!

The location is great. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room, and there is a bathtub. The breakfast was also very delicious. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation.
