The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! Very nice renovated rooms with good WiFi and nice beds. The beach in front of the hotel is dirty, and not very good, the food is just fine but nothing special, while the service is the main reason to avoid Montenegro in general.

The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. Personally, we lived next door in a private Villa, but reviews of other travelers and in appearance, all perfectly acceptable.The grounds are well kept, there are huge oleanders (seen in photo).

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

I travelled here to spend my birthday weekend. My sister had booked me a luxury apartment but it didn’t have a sea view. Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Great location, everywhere is walking distance. Staff is very kind and attentive. They were very hospitable. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only place I’d ever chose if I revisit Budva! Had a great experience at this hotel, which is recently renovated. The location is perfect, 2mins from the old town, beach, restaurants. The room had a big shower, air conditioning and a comfy bed. There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk. It's an amazing location with lots of restaurants, stores, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is super clean and brand new. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and definitely recommend it. It's worth the cost.

The whole area is being developed... would have had lovely views but other hotels are going up all round it so view was basically just of building sites...

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast was pleasant with a mixed variety of hot and cold items. We hired a car through the hotel and again the receptionist was really very helpful. Thank you for making our stay a great one ☺️

Great location, close to everything and helpful staff. They were kind enough to extend our trip an extra day at the front end and helped us with airport transporting. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, wished the beds were more comfortable, other than that, a great place to stay.

There is no parking and you have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, which is not good. The food is quite good but not varied. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and serves you with love.

Very modern boutique hotel. Has free WiFi access. Large TV, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities. The shower has large rain shower head which is amazing. There’s air conditioning in the room. The balcony over looks the area with sea view. The location is only five minutes walk away from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old Budva town. Very lovely hotel. Location is just perfect calm and near everything (beach, restaurants, shops etc). The staff are just so friendly, so helpfull and polite. If i ever come back to montenegro ill go back to fagus for sure
