The hotel has an Georgian Restaurant that I must say that is an experience all the 5, yes 5 dishes we tried were a treat and memorable. Without hesitation I give 5 stars for service, food, location and view.

If there's one reason alone to recommend this hotel, it's the unbelievably friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible

The room: Despite the lively atmosphere outside, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel, allowing us to rest and relax without any disturbances

Its location is simply unbeatable, right by the sea, offering stunning views. The soundproofing is exceptional—you won’t hear a thing with the windows closed

The hotel also arranged for a driver to conveniently park/pick up our car whenever we needed it from a secure garage for free, which was a welcome surprise (be warned though that driving within the town during peak season is an adventure)

Average hotel. The staff are very nice, but the rooms are old and pretty worn out. The breakfasts are tasty, but monotonous. You can walk to Budva in about an hour.

Good service and personal, but rooms are old, internet connections bad..for price what I pay,I expected much better! And btw,view is beautiful!!

Also the staff was very helpful and really kind. There is also a pool that was never full of people, it was like private pool, for somebody who want to relax quietly. I suggest to book room with sea view, really nice

Everything you need from one hotel. Great location, just 2 minutes walk to the Rafailovici beach, room with amazing view to the sea, free safe parking on the top, just 5km away from Budva

I've always thought such views, service quality & vibes can be seen only on instagram pages of models with millions of sucribers

But here it is - an actual dream place in reality, available to everyone! Staff politeness & responsiveness is beyond perfect

New building with a lot of amenities- sauna, ste am room, great gym, children playroom, reception. Amazing open pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxation zone with amazing views! Totally worth the visit.

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage

Amazing quiet place with astonishing view. Amazing beach Becici. Sauna, Turkish bathroom, gym, pool.

You have to drive up hill and the garage is really risky to use. You better have a strong car 🙈 The host was very friendly and the price is very good for their offer!

Great apartment with sea views. Helpful staff and the owner in particular. Of the minuses - the wait staff doesn't know either Russian or English, but if you need something - always help, the main gesture to show :)

great view of the sea and the promenade. located not far from the largest supermarket in Becici where you can buy meat and next to pogorelich it. the room is not very huge, for good and fresh repair

Very nice villa, very well appointed. Beautiful stone house renovated with taste. Several bedrooms and living areas on different levels. Owners, not present but very attentive, charming. Swimming pool well appreciated

On a slope, on the left a glimpse of the sea, on the right Kotor at 20 minutes. Restaurants and shops nearby not immediate. In the middle of the countryside, with peace and the barking of many dogs at all times

The house is a haven of peace (and freshness) in the heights between Budva and Kotor. Alex and his family are great hosts. They were available and gave very good advice. I recommend.

the pool and the water about 29*C degrees was insane! perfect place for vacation for just everybody. owners of the apartament were very kind and helpful immediately when needed

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

The parking place big enough and you can reach it with lift

Although, as already written earlier, you need to walk a little to the beach, for us this was not a significant minus, since it is very noisy near the beach and we preferred silence in the room :) Before checking in, we were warned that breakfasts are ordered from a nearby restaurant, so this is not was news to us

Parking near the beach is paid, but I don’t think this is something surprising, since it is difficult to find free parking in Europe, and you just don’t want to leave your car somewhere

To get to the sea, you need to go down the stairs and cross the road. We drove up by car, right next to the beach there is a large parking lot, so there is where to leave the car

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded

I was staying at family apartment for 1 week. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent service. Very close to the sea and supermarket.

If it becomes more modern it will be able to attract more tourists. The design in the rooms is also weirdly funny. Breakfast was not suitable for me too much as I prefer lighter food in the mornings

Good view with the seaside rooms. Clean and cozzy. Beachfront and many restaurant options next to the hotel. Helpful staff.

The swimming pool was 5 times smaller than on the pictures

Breakfast is not very good quality and the restaurant is very questionable, if you visit it outside of breakfast hours. Behind the bar counter, on the sink and the beer tap, is growing a thick layer of black mould

We paid more to get the sea view room and it was the best decision ever: the view from our balcony was magnificent. Cleaning ladies were always polite. The hotel definitely needs renovation

About an hour later I walked back and the soap was still on the floor. I decided to clean it myself, since the staff did not handle it. After another day, my door was also unlocked after the housekeepers had been in it

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. The hosts were great and really made us feel as at home

We could hardly move to the beach as the villa was so amazing and the pool outside with sunbeds and BBQ zone were perfect for kids and whole family. There are few beaches and shops available on walking distance

My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great

Free parking lot is available at the villa. We stayed here in August for a week and it passed as quick as just few days. Don't make our mistake and book it for longer period)

We had a great time during our stay at Luka Villa. Our hosts were amazing and provided us with some local treats for our stay. The house was beautiful and well appointed

On top of all this, we had beautiful sunset views looking out towards the mountains and water. The hosts were great and really made us feel at home

Nearby there is a supermarket where you can buy all the necessary products, and meat / sausages bought in the store will be fried for free. Everyone praises the owners, but it is ONLY for them (both couples) questions

The room has two air conditioners, a kettle, a washing machine, a heated floor in the bathroom, an intercom and more. The staff is helpful, always in touch. Special thanks to manager Alexandra

1 In our room, the door to the built-in freezer was broken - the owners answered to the request to fix it - "well, it won't prevent you from having a good time. 2 They asked for an iron, reminded me several times

, after returning home, everything remained as it was (not repaired). I did not ask for a stepladder. I repaired it myself in 30 seconds. - the time of the return flight with us is later, check-out is at 11

BUT looked at the booking and they had a free number on our dates. But in general, I liked the rest and the room itself and the location of the hotel (except for the owners / administration)

after 3 days they answered that there was no iron. (it was possible to say at the moment of the first request) 3 At night, a lamp fell in the kitchen, in the morning they asked to fix it

All recommendations! Staff friendly, available at any time for help, for information. On the roof terrace a fantastic pool. The maid is kind and takes care of hygiene, the internet is great!

Good location, great and pleasant staff, towels are changed every day, parking is provided. Very professional and highly recommended.
