Where to stay in Ljuta

One of the best hotels ever visited. Great service and helpfull people working here. Breakfast was also very good and veried considering hotel only has 10 rooms. We had room in the 2. Floor. Very beautiful view and clean room. Parking was also included.

We had a room in the new building of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The hotel internal beach area was so relaxing. Also the manager and the entire staff were really supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in room nr 8 (that is in the first floor) and our experience was great. Our room had two terraces, with an outstanding sea view. The hotel was cozy, the staff super friendly and thoughtful. We had no problems at all.

Big and comfortable house. Plenty spaces and corners in the house for evry one. Great view of the lake and mountens. The nigbour i frindly and offerd us the wine he makes.

House is gorgeous. Each room with separate bath and toilet. Living room is huge and balcony (at both floor) are great, with direct view to the sea.

The house is amazing: spacious, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and with two parking places. As for the beach, it is less than 2 minutes away from the house and it's not very crowded, probably because it's small and rocky. We think this is the perfect choice for the accommodation if you ever decide to take a trip to Kotor Bay

The place looks so much better than the pictures that are posted. Very cozy, clean, the location is perfect and you have everything you need at the apartment for your dream vacation. The owners are super polite and friendly!

Hotel simple mais l'accueil est très chaleureux, très bien placé et atmosphère familiale. Chambre pour 5 sous les toits. Donne sur la mer avec emplacement privé. Tout le monde a passé 4 jours agréables tout en rayonnant dans les Bouches de Kotor. Mention spéciale au patron !

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff.Milica is so fine and Lazar is super in kitchen .It was all fine with room and all the rest.Room are clean and You could take clean towels for private beach and towels for rooms any time you need .They make some soup for our small child when she was with stomach problems this soup

Lovely warm staff - particularly Veronika who gave us the best welcome. Lovely small hotel with incredible location on the water front. Rooms a little dated but add to the character. Breakfast a little limited but understandable for small hotel. Reccomend this for a short stay.

Brilliant, unique hotel right on the shore of Kotor Bay with its own pier for sunbathing and swimming. Very relaxed atmosphere, informal but attentive service and great food.

We had an amazing 4 days here recently. Location is great, right on the sea. The staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you. We didn't eat at the hotel all the time but when we did the food was as good (if not better) than any of the other restaurants we ate at. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful hotel in a lovingly and sympathetically restored Palazzo. The owners and the reception team were very warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, with a 50 minute walk into the old town of Kotor along the sea front. Couldn't comment about the evening menu as we were out of season. Would highly recommend for a very romantic getaway!

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied.

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious. A great place to stay near Kotor . The road leading to the place is quite narrow and if you come by car it’s going to be a bit stressful during summer months .the owners are very welcoming . They even offer refreshments for free once you arrive

It is cozy, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The lady offered us tea when she welcomed. The terrace's view is great. There are two supermarkets in less then ten mins walk, and two restaurants closer than the supermarkets.

The apartments share the same terrace with fantastic view of the sea. It is so peaceful, you can recharge your batteries easy. Everything you need is there, only shower and room kitchen are a bit small. There is a bigger kitchen for all guests.
