Where to stay in Ljuta

One of the best hotels ever visited. Great service and helpfull people working here. Breakfast was also very good and veried considering hotel only has 10 rooms. We had room in the 2. Floor. Very beautiful view and clean room. Parking was also included.

We had a room in the new building of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The hotel internal beach area was so relaxing. Also the manager and the entire staff were really supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in room nr 8 (that is in the first floor) and our experience was great. Our room had two terraces, with an outstanding sea view. The hotel was cozy, the staff super friendly and thoughtful. We had no problems at all.

Great value for money. Perfect apartment for digital nomads in Montenegro in Kotor area. The location is AMAZING - even though its second line and behind a busy-ish road, it takes less than a minute to reach a stunning Bay of Kotor [the passage to water is across the road 50 meters to the left]. I have been there for two months. Good price. Although I have shared the big bathroom and big kitchen with other guests, but not busy. Ground floor have two individual apartments with private bathroom and kitchen. Both of them are very big. Good value for money but very noisy location. You have access to a shared kitchen which is great because you can cook there and not spend extra money on restaurants. It is close to the beach, otherwise is on a busy road. The room was clean and basic for my stay. Bathroom is shared between 4-5 rooms, I didn't have problems with that However, the locker at my door was broken: the guy fixed it for exactly...

Very friendly family! They really make you feel home. We stayed one night and came back again later. It is difficult to get a room. It is nearly always full. You would better book very early. There is no food served here. But the supermarket and the bakery is close. You have free parking.

Lovely place and a wonderful host! Private nice beach with a lovely sunset. Nice studio apartment with fantastic view. 5 km walk to Kotor, but Dobrota is nicer and calmer.

It was beautiful here! The staff are really friendly and the private beach is amazing. We had the smallest room in the Villa but it was more than okay. Well, you should like the color pink ;-). We wished we could stay longer.

Wifi is a bit unstable. Sufficient parking spaces. No breakfast. The bed is too soft. We got double bed room which a bit difficult to open a trolley bag. Have kitchen as well. Great view from balcony. To come here need to use Google Map. My car GPS unable to find this place.

Great location. Although tricky with a busy road and limited footpath. Great swimming right outside your door. Sister Ana was so helpful. We were in the top floor so a little cramped but it had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Everything is great, cozy, beautiful, great service and food. The only thing is to update the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach.

An excellent hotel, not big, so the beach near the hotel is almost always free, the water is clean, the entrance into the water is rocky.

Views are great. Breakfast is very good and relatively good priced. Coffee is good too. We had some problems with dinner- waited for it almost an hour, and wife got very very very bad pasta. First time that we returned meal in our lives. But than they apologized and substituted it with calamari which are nice.

One of the most wonderful hotel I have ever been 👌 Friendly staff, nice room, absolute cleanliness, extremely magnificent view, small cosy beach, equipped with everything needed. Yummy breakfasts! The best of the best!

My wife and i have only this week had to cancel our upcoming stay at the hotel due to the current COVID-19 situation and travel restrictions. We are really keen to stay at the hotel and enjoy the surrounding areas as soon as we are able. I went to Montenegro with my partner in crime. We fallen in Love with this piece of Paradise. It amazed me. The restaurant is nice, great breakfast, fresh fish every day, perfect customer service.. Absolutely special! If you are lucky enough to visit Montenegro in your life, this is the place to go!

Pięknie położony duży dom w uroczej wiosce, z której jest łatwy i szybki dostęp do różnych atrakcji Zatoki Kotorskiej. Dla czwórki dorosłych i piątki dzieci ten dom był idealny! Dużą zaletą jest aż pięć łazienek, duża, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, a także taras z pięknym widokiem na zatokę. W pobliżu działa bardzo dobra restauracja Amfora. Aby dojść do plaży trzeba przejść przez ulicę. Dom jest duży...

Big and comfortable house. Plenty spaces and corners in the house for evry one. Great view of the lake and mountens. The nigbour i frindly and offerd us the wine he makes.

House is gorgeous. Each room with separate bath and toilet. Living room is huge and balcony (at both floor) are great, with direct view to the sea.

The house is amazing: spacious, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and with two parking places. As for the beach, it is less than 2 minutes away from the house and it's not very crowded, probably because it's small and rocky. We think this is the perfect choice for the accommodation if you ever decide to take a trip to Kotor Bay

The place looks so much better than the pictures that are posted. Very cozy, clean, the location is perfect and you have everything you need at the apartment for your dream vacation. The owners are super polite and friendly!

A few minutes from small beaches. Guest parking. New construction. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious. The bathroom is big and nice.
