Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

The scenery outside the window is so beautiful, even in a mountain view room, it is far beyond expectations. The facilities are similar to those of domestic B&Bs. After all, at this price, you can't ask for too much. The breakfast is OK.

You can't sleep with an open window because you hear aircondition device from neighbour's room. Wifi works realy bad. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, old town is close, beaches are close, i loved that there isn't a lot of tourists. Hotel breakfast is very good and the staff is realy friendly.

The location is a little hard to find, Amap (Tantu offline map) navigation will be wrong, and finally Google Maps is the solution. There are parking spaces inside, although not many, but generally enough.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. A great place to stay near Kotor . The road leading to the place is quite narrow and if you come by car it’s going to be a bit stressful during summer months .the owners are very welcoming . They even offer refreshments for free once you arrive

It is cozy, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The lady offered us tea when she welcomed. The terrace's view is great. There are two supermarkets in less then ten mins walk, and two restaurants closer than the supermarkets.

The place is very nice, with a very cozy room. Our room even had a small kitchen in it. The balcony was stunning! The host was super friendly, russian fluent speaker.

The apartments share the same terrace with fantastic view of the sea. It is so peaceful, you can recharge your batteries easy. Everything you need is there, only shower and room kitchen are a bit small. There is a bigger kitchen for all guests. The road to apartments from main street could be hard to walk on foot for older people. The owners are really nice family.

We had an amazing 4 days here recently. Location is great, right on the sea. The staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you. We didn't eat at the hotel all the time but when we did the food was as good (if not better) than any of the other restaurants we ate at. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful hotel in a lovingly and sympathetically restored Palazzo. The owners and the reception team were very warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, with a 50 minute walk into the old town of Kotor along the sea front. Couldn't comment about the evening menu as we were out of season. Would highly recommend for a very romantic getaway!

I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. The location is good and the views spectacular .I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio.The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber. The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off .You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous..Had to ask for fresh towels after third day .Overall...

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Please note they only accept cash and would suggest parking on the back street close to the water as is easier to get to

Very nice and hospitable hostess Dubi. The guest house has only 3 guest rooms. Two double rooms (with one and two beds) have a balcony with a partial view of the bay. Single window overlooks the mountains. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities and a terrace with mountain views. Very clean and very quiet.

A good hostess Dubravka and a responsive Anna, were treated to cold lemonade and muffins on arrival. Recommend

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

Clean and cozy room located in the Muo area of beautiful Kotor, overlooking the town of Kotor just outside the hotel. Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided. New hotel Highly renovated rooms The staff tries to give good service The restaurant only serves buffet breakfasts that is nice You can order drinks but the price is very high not recommended They have a private beach Overall we had a good experience and highly recommend this hotel
