The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. We stayed in the king deluxe room. Breathtaking view from the terrace, sea front. Space for parking for up to three cars. Hosts are super sweet, helpful and responsive when needed. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

The location is a little hard to find, Amap (Tantu offline map) navigation will be wrong, and finally Google Maps is the solution. There are parking spaces inside, although not many, but generally enough.

We were desperately looking for accommodations for the night after a stressful day. Not only did they have a beautiful room for a great price, but they treated us like family. Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. We had an excellent 6 night stay here at end of May/start of June. The service and staff ratio per guest was excellent. The breakfast each morning was fine for us. The housekeeping was very good. On a busy road but we got used to that and it didn't interrupt our sleep. A very short walk down to a much quieter lane along the shoreline, which was very pleasant. The location is good and the views spectacular .I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio.The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber. The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off .You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous..Had to ask for fresh towels after third day .Overall...

It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room. The rest was perfect! Kotor is a 15 minute walk away.

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

We had 5 nights in Kotor which unfortunately coincided with my husband becoming very ill with bronchitis. I had to walk from the apartment a lot on my own and I felt very safe (I am a 62 year old little woman). Perfect location, perfect host 👏👏👏

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs...

I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

In our opinion it was great clean environment warm hosts and beautiful Adriatic sea.

Lovely area and friendly owners

We stayed in the apartment which was brilliant. Having a great view of Boker Bay we could sit outside and enjoy the view. We had the room cleaned everyday which we didn’t need as we were out most days. Enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. Lovely to have use of the swimming pool and be so close to walk into Kotor along the bay path. We would certainly book again when we come back .

Very good! ! The boss and the boss lady are very nice. We checked in in the morning and gave us free breakfast. In order to let us and our friends stay on the same floor, they upgraded our room for free.

The staff went far beyond their duties. They were personable, helpful and caring. The breakfast, pool, terrace and room exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this family run gem.

What a great place! I was a little worried as it was about 2 km from the old town, but that was a five euro trip by taxi.
