A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are amazingly attentive, polite, respectful and helpful. Being in the center of Old Town Kotor, it allows you access to everything you need during your stay.

Pros: wonderful location, good breakfast Cons: stayed in two different rooms, both of which didn't have a working air conditioner - in 35 degree weather. Hotel couldn't even offer a fan. It was unbearable.

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

My friends and I went here for dinner and were blown away by the view at sunset from the rooftop patio. The most amazing musician was playing and it was incredible to see the view of the mountains with the sun going down. The food was excellent (get the burrata!) and the service was great!

A very nice boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. The room was quite big and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and spoke many languages. Breakfast is a la carte so it’s quality versus quantity. They cook it to order. Overall a very nice stay. Recommended 👍🏼
