This place is simply superb. The location and views are breathtaking. You can go for a quick stroll along the waters. Staff are very polite and friendly. Bojona and Nikola were particularly helpful. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

Beautiful hotel ! The location is perfect to avoid the cruise-crowd and you can reach the old town with a quick taxi ride. The rooms are air-conditioned and quiet. Restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly. The hotel has a lot of stairs but they will help you carry your luggage ;)

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Very nice and hospitable hostess Dubi. The guest house has only 3 guest rooms. Two double rooms (with one and two beds) have a balcony with a partial view of the bay. Single window overlooks the mountains. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities and a terrace with mountain views. Very clean and very quiet.
