Intimate boutique hotel housed in a magnificent Palace of the beginning of XVIII century in the Baroque style, is located directly on the coast. Its location is very convenient: the hotel is just a 20-minute drive from the airport and is washed by the waters of the Bay of Boka Kotorska. Enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and magnificent views of the picturesque Bay views from Your room, decorated in a traditional style.

Located 5 minutes ' drive from Kotor, 8 km from the airport of Tivat.
Consists of one 2-storey building.
Only 10 rooms.
Beach: own beach - concrete platform, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Sun loungers and parasols free of charge. The beach is 20 m.

Palazzo Radomiri is a beautiful building of the Iatorium, transformed into comfortable and luxurious rooms with all the comforts for a real holiday. Convenient location, beautiful pier with sun loungers. Friendly and attentive staff.

A lovely relaxing hotel right on the seafront. Anna and the team are very warm and friendly and you immediately feel at home in the high quality surroundings. There is a decent pool and a small gym but the large terrace is probably the highlight. A quiet place to relax and enjoy a drink in the warm summer air.

Lovely warm staff - particularly Veronika who gave us the best welcome. Lovely small hotel with incredible location on the water front.
Rooms a little dated but add to the character. Breakfast a little limited but understandable for small hotel.
Reccomend this for a short stay.

Great place for family vacation! Food is delicious and fresh, service is very high quality :) Love it! Love Montenegro! :)

Avoid!
Staff were super nice and welcoming, they had bikes we used and were very cool.
No parking, there was a boat which we had to squeeze next to, we choose to find parking in the street.
No hot water, we arrived and water were lule warm, 4 hours later and after trying to get help we ended up with luke warm plus. The bathtub is useless and so was my partners mood.
Thin ceiling, there was a family above us and their kinds were running for hours god bless them, if you book make sure you are on the second floor.
Not accessible, many stairs to parking and to room and to yard, if you aren't in top shape, skip.
Waterfront view, the window is smallish id say 60cm/ 80cm and high so while it does, overlook the water... it's not what we were expecting, bedroom was overlooking the stairs and again small.
Breakfast was small and not what we would expect trom a 4 star.
No umbrellas, we asked...

If you like to shower in hot water, this is not the hotel for you. We had to ask a couple of times for hot water on the first day. It took a couple of hours to arrange that. The receptionist is super nice but didn't know how to solve it. On the second night when I thought there there was again no hot water (we had to let the water running a bit to get hot water) we tried calling reception but there was no answer althought it was a quarter to 10 (reception of off at 10pm). Also, the cieling isn't soundproof, so if you have guests walking or running in the room below, you hear every step. We had Occean view from the room, but it's only through a small window in the leaving room, so it's not that we could enjoy it as much as we imagined we would. Parking here is quite an ordeal - if you park in their lot, you need to curry your suitcase through a bunch of stairs. You need to search for a free spot on the bay road, and then walk with the suitcases. It's not ideal, to say the least. Breakfast is mediocre at best. On the upside, the room design is one of the loveliest, and there's a bike you can take from the hotel and drive to the old city. The location is super. Never the less hit water is a basic, so it's a disrecomendation for me.

We had an amazing 4 days here recently. Location is great, right on the sea. The staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you. We didn't eat at the hotel all the time but when we did the food was as good (if not better) than any of the other restaurants we ate at. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant, unique hotel right on the shore of Kotor Bay with its own pier for sunbathing and swimming. Very relaxed atmosphere, informal but attentive service and great food.

Charming boutique hotel right on the coast, just few steps from sea. Hotel is quite, romantic and peacefull with great location. Food is delicious. Rooms are like in fairytale!

Somehow disappointed.
Superb location, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent food but :
- Expansive rooms,
- Understaffed hotel and restaurant,
- Shabby rooms including worn out and smelly towels, squeaky bed, poor sound insulation, clogged basin ….
- View spoiled every single day by loud
cruise ships stationed in the bay for the day.
