We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

To be honest, the only reason why I mention this place is because the resort is built on the spot where the navy headquarters once stood and I served there in the marine corps almost 3 decades ago. I have fond memories from that time and some life lasting friendships. I must say that I'm ambivalent about fancy hotels, that means nothing to me.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

This is our second time staying here. I wrote about the amenities earlier. In addition, there is a games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, mini-football, Play Station 5….. I evaluate the restaurant with 5 stars, very good food for good prices.

The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.

The only disadvantage is distance from Tivat Town and beaches around, don't stay here without a car. Otherwise it is pretty tiring to walk all the way down the road which has no pedestrian zone. Family place, not for youngsters

I would like to recommend Maki Apartments and Radovici to anyone who is looking for a pleasant, clean and affordable place to spend summer holidays. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.
