The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

The location is amazing with a short walk to Porto Novi, if you drive, there is quick access to the main road. The host was really amazing, very helpful, and caring.

Portonovi Resort is the most luxurious in Montenegro, offering top-notch amenities, stunning sea views, and elegant accommodations. It's a perfect spot for those seeking a premium experience on the Adriatic coast. All the clients Tivat Limo has driven from Portonovi were extremely satisfied.

We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

To be honest, the only reason why I mention this place is because the resort is built on the spot where the navy headquarters once stood and I served there in the marine corps almost 3 decades ago. I have fond memories from that time and some life lasting friendships. I must say that I'm ambivalent about fancy hotels, that means nothing to me.

I would love to go back to the due to their kind hospitality. Bela Roza has spacious rooms however there was this strong smell from the sewages. I would give George a 5 star and other staff at the restaurant because he was very helpful at all times and this made our stay so easy and great

We had a fantastic week at Carine Hotel Delfin. The hotel is just the right size – not too big, which creates a personal and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel right by the sea. Everything was great except they don't have a shower at the beach or by the pool, so you can't clean up from the salt water. Also the street is very narrow, so it was quite frightening to drive there and find parking. Anyway a lovely place that I can highly recommend!

The pools were well maintained and the beach was stunning, but I would recommend bringing water shoes in case you’re not a fan of tiny rocks in the sea. I was only going there for the food. We had to wait like 30mins -1 hour. The food was very tasty and good. It was understaffed and there was only 2 waiters and 2 cooks for the whole restaurant. Even tho the food was good it was overpriced. I had to pay 70 euros for a salad, spaghtetti, fish and french fries and water. The interior is nice and the view is breathtaking.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.
