Great restaurant, tasty food, very nice hotel

This was our favorite hotel in Montenegro. While in other places we experienced rudeness and disregard, this hotel had warm workers that were accommodating at every turn. Clean and pleasant. We love Chucho the house dog!

Definitely worth the money, and what's most important it is not overpriced. It has big rooms and the service is great. The restaurant is very cozy, especially in winter. I loved it here.

Apartments are modern, furniture is new and everything looks so nice and cozzy. Also, it's clean and smells nice. Marko is polite and price it's good. All recomendations for visiting! :)

We arrived at night, the owners welcomed us very hospitably. Hotel of the highest standard for a small price. If we are ever in Nikšić, we will definitely stay with them. A big THANK YOU to the owners :)

Superb hotel in a beautiful location perched above the city of Niksic. On arrival the car park was full. Loads of families with their children playing in the small playground. People having drinks and food in the restaurant. When I came down for an early morning stroll the car park was empty. The very friendly receptionist told me they only had 8 rooms! Our room only had a skylight but it was comfortable...

Haven’t stayed in a room but for the area, this is probably your best pick. Returned to this place a couple of times as I spent significant time in the area and loved the food every time!

We passed by and decided to stay to grab a coffee. The view is spectacular and we decided to eat something. The food was really good.

We stopped for lunch here after visiting the Monastery. Stunning views. Food incredible. Had the risotto and spaghetti. Raspberry juice lovely too.

I stopped by at the restaurant on way back from ostrog monastery. Lovely place to eat . Very pleasing staff. Tasty food . Don’t forget to try the recommended raspberry juice. The views are breathtaking.

I was born and raised in California, and our family has known about this place for years. The name of the hotel is the same as my family’s last name and we feel as though we almost definitely are related to the owners! Would love to get in contact with the owners!

Stayed overnight and enjoyed it profoundly. The room is spacious and clean, the food is amazing, the chef is just exceptional and deserves Michelin Star award for the way he grilled a few different type of fish.The service was immaculate, the staff friendly and welcoming.Highly recommended.

Very clean. Rooms are nice sizes. Mine has a huge balcony. Toilet and shower great staff are friendly and helpful. Location isn't great but it is okay.

Hi, rooms are clean and well maintained. but the air conditioner is incredibly noisy and has no remote control. It's easy to close, but the guest doesn't know that. they prepared pork product for us for dinner. we are muslim we never eat pork product. They know that we come from Turkey, they should be careful. İt is very important

We were a company of 6 people. We booked three rooms in the Zeta hotel since we had to stay in Podgorica, and the hotel we booked offered us rooms not worth the value, so we canceled and found ourselves looking for a place to stay during the night. We found Zeta by chance, and though it was a little more than our budget, they gave us a discount, and we booked for two nights which very soon became six...

Located right in the small city center. Staff were nice and helpfull - especially one receptionist (dark her, woman) was really really helpful. We had issues with very loud music and no electricity, and she fixed both issues straight away and with a smile :-) Curtain in the room was way smaller than the window , so it was a bit annoying that we werent able to darken the room.

The place looks so much better than the pictures that are posted. Very cozy, clean, the location is perfect and you have everything you need at the apartment for your dream vacation. The owners are super polite and friendly!

One of the best hotels ever visited. Great service and helpfull people working here. Breakfast was also very good and veried considering hotel only has 10 rooms. We had room in the 2. Floor. Very beautiful view and clean room. Parking was also included.

We had a room in the new building of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The hotel internal beach area was so relaxing. Also the manager and the entire staff were really supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in room nr 8 (that is in the first floor) and our experience was great. Our room had two terraces, with an outstanding sea view. The hotel was cozy, the staff super friendly and thoughtful. We had no problems at all.

The location is very good, very close to Perast and not far from Kotor. The sea view is beautiful. The room is big and comfortable. The boss is very kind and takes the initiative to help with the luggage. It is commendable.

Location is just perfect (close to Kotor and Herzeg Novi, ferry and Tivat). Very good starting point for exploring the region. The view from the balcony over the Kotor bay was just fantastic! Everything you need is in the apartment. Owner is very supportive and helpful

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular. The rooms are nice however in the bathroom there was often a very foul smell coming from the bottom and also there were spots which were not cleaned at all during the week. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

Recommended. Good location, 2-3 minutes walk to the sea, car parking, free Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast. Also our deluxe sea view room (with terrace) had a very good mattress on the bed.

Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality. Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing. The rooms are specious and clean. Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. There is a pool directly accompanying this view. There is a terrace next to the pool where you can relax. Each of the rooms is named differently, the view from each of them is magnificent. The interior of the rooms is well equipped...

Monte bay retreat is just stunning. From the rooms to host with the most. I can not express how much I enjoyed my stay there. Waking up every morning to those spectacular views while drinking my cappuccino just couldn’t get any better. The food was outstanding. Such a wonderful place. 100% recommend staying here. You’ll fall in love with it and never want to go home. Cheers!

Stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed 5 nights and had the most incredible honeymoon. Private dining, poolside drinks, the most incredible breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We are just here for one night on the way back home. The room is well designed and full of nice features. We also had a great dinner at this place and enjoyed it a lot. We had a very nice stay in Perast and the best Cappuccino. The staff is extremely friendly and the Chef in the Kitchen is awesome. We had a great dinner, breakfast and Lunch. All dishes were super delicious. We only regret that we just stayed one night. Thanks for this beautiful and peaceful place.

Highly recommend! Stayed with Dragutinović family last summer and have only words of praise for their hospitality and care for their guests! I also needed to work remotely part of my stay there so their place was perfect with good AC, quiet and had strong internet connection. I will definitely go back! 😊

Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

Best place in Montenegro. Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners. Recommended!
