This boutique hotel is located in the beautiful town of Perast, on the hill, which offers an unforgettable view of the Bay of Kotor and the famous Islands to the city. The appearance of the buildings was retained, and the interior modernized.
Built: 2009
Location: in the lovely medieval town of Perast, 15 km from Kotor, 150 m from the beach, 8.5 km from the airport of Tivat.
Consists of two buildings.
Only 11 rooms.
Beach: 150 m from the hotel there are some small concrete piers with steps into the water. 500 m from the hotel there are two small public pebble beach. The hotel provides free Shuttle service to the beaches.

Pets are not allowed.

Wonderful holiday, luxury, luxurious place..........

Recommended. Good location, 2-3 minutes walk to the sea, car parking, free Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast. Also our deluxe sea view room (with terrace) had a very good mattress on the bed.

Several issues,about our staying...June 2021
The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful...
But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well.The hotel staff is wonderful but in the end of the day next time I am not returning to this hotel

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular. The rooms are nice however in the bathroom there was often a very foul smell coming from the bottom and also there were spots which were not cleaned at all during the week. The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is too small for the amount of guests. Regarding mobility - if you are disabled and have very small children you will have a very difficult time to get into Perast as there are about 180 steep steps to be covered in each direction. The staff really tries to do their best however we believe that a big part of them are students working there during the peak summer months. Private parking is great.
The next is not regarding the hotel but if you are looking for a "classical" beach, Perast will disappoint you as they do not have such a beach - only reefs where you can get into the water via steps while cars are passing you 1m away, so unfortunately no privacy at all..better to book somewhere else if you want to enjoy nice beaches.

Recommended. Good location, a 2-3 minutes walks down to the sea, car parking, free WiFi, excellent breakfast. Also in our room -the Luxury suite sea view (with terrace) was the very good mattress on the bed.

Awesome staff - so friendly and helpful. They can't do enough for you. Amazing view of Bay of Kotor. Beautiful village with stunning architecture. Also food and service is spot on. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality.
Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing.
The rooms are specious and clean.
Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

Romantic place, nice comfortable rooms, especially with balconies. Tasty food. The only slightly annoying, not a very convenient beach.
