We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. It's in a great location, all the staff are so friendly & helpful with tips abouts beach club, buses, boats etc. Beds are comfy, room was spotless, only comment is glass wall in bathroom reduces privacy. While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. For breakfast, I wish they had a coffee machine that does not use powdered milk (I found the cappuccino to be undrinkable).

We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here. As we were travelling by bicycle, I can‘t comment on parking situation.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

A place we would go back. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Has it own beach and it is just on the other side of the road. The road is quiet. It has a shared well equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little shop nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and really like to talk in a good way.
