Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and incredible food! Would thoroughly recommend the restaurant to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and our brilliant waiter went to great lengths to find gluten free bread for us alongside excellent service!

This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. Our room was small and cramped, on the ground floor the window opened directly to the alley with people walking by able to look in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good . The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

Great location, great breakfast, great value for money.

Highly recommend! Stayed with Dragutinović family last summer and have only words of praise for their hospitality and care for their guests! I also needed to work remotely part of my stay there so their place was perfect with good AC, quiet and had strong internet connection. I will definitely go back! 😊

Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

Best place in Montenegro. Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners. Recommended!

Grand spot for a cheap and handy stay in Perast. Accom is a fairly average room but we were more than satisfied considering it was only €20 There's not a lot to do in Perast so if you're considering whether you should start here or not, you can probably see everything here within 2hrs max. It is with reluctance that I give this rating because the location is great, the staff lovely, the hotel pleasant. The breakfast is also good. But the bedding is deplorable, the bed base is a wooden board which means that as soon as you move in the night the bed creaks!! Finally the mattress is not comfortable. Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience. The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place. Wonderful breakfast as well.

Visited with my family, including two coeliacs. Lovely location at the water's edge. They ordered gluten free pizzas, which arrived with lovely handmade bases, and unusually were the clear equal of the 'normal' pizza we also ordered. Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar. There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. The food is mediocre. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city.

The house is amazing: spacious, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and with two parking places. As for the beach, it is less than 2 minutes away from the house and it's not very crowded, probably because it's small and rocky. We think this is the perfect choice for the accommodation if you ever decide to take a trip to Kotor Bay
