Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and incredible food! Would thoroughly recommend the restaurant to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and our brilliant waiter went to great lengths to find gluten free bread for us alongside excellent service!

This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. Our room was small and cramped, on the ground floor the window opened directly to the alley with people walking by able to look in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good . The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

Great location in a restored Venetian palace just off the seafront run by the very friendly Gajic family. The apartments are thoroughly modern and comfortable and you will be well looked after by David and his parents.

It was perfect. :) The owners were really kind and informative about the area, the room was beautiful, quiet and clean. The room had a fridge, aircondition in the living room and the bedroom, toiletries in the bathroom, and a really pretty athmospher everywhere. You can park there free, they have even a small part of the beach with deck chairs. Near are the postoffice and lots of good restaurants....

A great place for a couple to relax. Thick stone walls do not allow the house to heat up, 7 km (7 euros) by taxi to Kotor and to Tivat.

the location and the view are the strong points of this place. even if you don't have a room with a view, you can still enjoy it from the garden.

Our lovely host was a great one! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Interesting place-in front of the port. Cozy courtyard with authentic architecture. The hostess does not speak English, but tried very hard to help and was pleasant.

Beautiful location, spacious rooms with large balcony looking out over the sea. Apartment is right next to the ocean with access to a private beach including providing lounger's and umbrellas. Also very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend

We stayed in the recently renovated section and had a great room. The breakfasts were outstanding as were dinners at the beach club. Add to all this an absolutely amazing staff, from the front desk, to our breakfast waiter and the waiters at the beach club. All helped to really make for a wonderful stay.

We loved the hotel. We got upgraded to a suite and it was perfect! The staff was great! Especially Mania at the reception and Marina who.gave me a perfect 90 minutes massage. Breakfast was also very rich and delicious.

Location is not good and the beach sears were not provide when we got there as they told me there is a marriage there. After we told them if we could not get them we wanted to cancel then they told us ok. Well as a five star hotel they should have arranged all these for clients but they just wanted to escape the responsibility. A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious. The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro.

A part from the drain in the bathroom was clogged, everything else was great. The room was chilled and perfect temperature when we arrived. The pool was clean. I highly recommend this place.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar. There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. The food is mediocre. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city.

The place looks so much better than the pictures that are posted. Very cozy, clean, the location is perfect and you have everything you need at the apartment for your dream vacation. The owners are super polite and friendly!
