Great staff and host perfect location had a great time here !
Right next to the beach with an absolutely amazing view,5 min walk to the old town and shops, clean rooms and lovely staff and host!
Perfectly located from the old town (i.e., far enough from the crowd and close enough to everything) and 15 min walking distance from the bus station, in Dobtota. It's overlooking the sea and morning views are superb. Clean, well maintained and organised to cook thank to a well equipped shared kitchen. I stronhly recommend.
The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small.
15 minutes walk from the bus station.
The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous.
There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with.
City tax is 1 euro per person per day.
There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs
Great hosel
Amazing service, shared rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi was amazing, the bathroom is shared but clean and you’ve got everything you need, shower gel provided. Shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.
The view from the balcony is amazing, literally across from Kamelija shopping centre and Voli supermarket.
Central location with comfortable bed and views of the bay

I was quite worried after reading the negative comments. But everything was fine, check in within 5 minutes after calling. The room equipment is older, but everything was clean. There was a working kettle in the room. So I would stay here again... The neighborhood of the accommodation, the old town is absolutely amazing.
The only problem that (the accommodation informs about is) the noise from the...
Good view from the window.
Contact the host in advance about checking in.
Very steep stairs.
There is a "club" with wild music nearby. Check in only if you came to club)
There was no hair dryer, Wi-Fi and the TV did not work.
The air conditioner did not cope. It was cold.
The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. Another personal disappointment: we were not able to have breakfast, because the reception opens at 9, although it is written in the room that breakfast starts at 7.30. We left hungry...
They made us feel like family in a perfect location, thank you for everything.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Easy to reach in the old town. Owners are great, they help you with anything and guide you honestly.
A wonderful place to stay, in the heart of the walled city.
Daria at check in was super helpful, providing details of restaurants, cafés and the best coffee in Montenegro.
The room contains everything that you could possibly want for a great stay. Large comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV. Large modern bathroom
The rooms have been tastefully decorated and updated with modern...
The Guesthouse is located inside the Old Town which is great. There is a souvenir shop with the same name, so you enter there and do the check-in.
There isn't any elevator but the girls are nice, polite and willing to help.
The room was spacious and had all amenities. There was a big bottle of water for free, a small bottle of Prosecco still for free, little chocolates, coffee and tea which is great...
A very cozy stay with professional and generous hosts. Perfect location for a stay in Kotor to discover the city & region. Also shoutout to restaurant La Catedral Pasta Bar. The long line (all evening) was warranted - so make a reservation or show up on time
This is tricky review because loved Kotor and when I met the manager of Antika, once the day after I checked in he was nice and made great suggestions. However on day I checked there was nobody there to welcome me and local restaurant had to call someone to let me in. Although amazing 13th century building there are several steep steps to apartment. Also on last day had no electricity to my room,...
What a delightful guest house! Easy to find in the heart of the charming old city, really well located, in the midst of restaurants, shops and bars, and a short walk to the seafront. The manager Boban was so kind and helpful, especially with use of the kitchen, and telling me the best places to visit. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom. Hope to return for...

We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. It's in a great location, all the staff are so friendly & helpful with tips abouts beach club, buses, boats etc. Beds are comfy, room was spotless, only comment is glass wall in bathroom reduces privacy. As mother & daughter travel this wasn't ideal but we worked around it and everything else about the hotel is wonderful. Breakfast is served in adjacent...
Stunning hotel which was spotlessly clean. The interior was very stylish, albeit the room was quite small with no spaces for suitcases. This was fine for a few days but any longer than that I think more room would be needed. We would have loved a coffee machine in the room or a kettle as breakfast wasn’t available until 8am and there was no where to get a coffee before then (we’re early risers!) The...
While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. For breakfast, I wish they had a coffee machine that does not use powdered milk (I found the cappuccino to be undrinkable).
We had a truly delightful stay at Heritage Lion Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, especially by Ms. Samandıra, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to her sincere approach and support, our experience was even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards were also excellent, which made us feel very comfortable. Many thanks to everyone...
We stayed at this wonderful place in October with our family, and our experience was nothing short of amazing!
The building is absolutely stunning, the surrounding area is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and modern.
If you choose a room with a sea view, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the bay!
The location is unbeatable—right on...
Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.
