At first I choose this hotel based on the high rating but i was surprised on my first day by how the receptionist treat the guests , she made the same mistake for me and my friend by double charging us for the room , my friend already payed for the room online before arriving and she told her yet , the receptionist charged her again and doubled charge me by saying that my first charge didn’t go through, will it went through and not to mention her attitude which was unprofessional, i asked the receptionist (another one after few days because the payment was pending and now confirmed ) he said contact your bank ! , just be careful and pay cash if you are coming here

For the 5 start hotel establishment the service is terrible. Unqualified receptionists and staff lack the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. I think I stayed in the hostel rather than 5 star hotel.

For Quality Seekers, This Hotel is a NO GO

I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but was thoroughly disappointed. The beach was littered with trash at 8 AM. Despite pointing this out to staff, the cleanup was incomplete, and the sunbeds remained dirty everyday which is disgusting. The beach staff was enjoying and standing around the whole day, basically doing nothing.

The beach bar offered below-average food at exorbitant prices, coupled with rude and unprofessional service. The young staff clearly need proper training to meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. The aperitif bar was no better, with slow and unprofessional service.The service at the main restaurant was acceptable, but nothing special.

The biggest disappointment was the condition of our room. Upon arrival, we found blood-stained bed sheets. After multiple attempts and new sheets also being dirty, we finally received clean ones, but without an apology from the hotel or the management, apparently it is a mistake done by the external cleaning company, but how about you introduce a quality check at your hotel when you work with external partners?

Additionally, staff loudly asked for our room number constantly, a glaring breach of hospitality norms that compromises guest privacy and security!!!

The only reason I am giving this review two stars is because the reception staff working the night shift were professional and nice. Otherwise I wouldn’t even give this hotel a one star.

In general: I have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world and have never encountered such a lack of professionalism. This overpriced resort fails to deliver the quality expected at its price point. If you’ve been to many great places around the world and if you’ve experienced 5 star resorts and care about cleanliness, good food, high quality service and relaxation, avoid this amateur establishment. There are far better options available globally that will meet high standards for the same price. I also found myself wondering how this establishment received a 5-star rating.. this hotel needs proper staff training to meet the 5 star hospitality criteria, as well as an improvement in management.
