Incredible ambient on an amazing environment. The bar across the street is very nice with a great ambiance. The house is worth seeing and I can only recommend! We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great.
