The place is next to the beach, has shops close to it. The rooms are quite simple, but there is a cozy common terrace where guests are welcome to spend time. The hostess is a very nice and friendly lady.

Very good, small downside on the sheets not changed we had to remove them after 3 days and put them on the floor, also very well soundproofed except when the cleaning ladies at 8am clean together in the room opposite and speak loudly, breakfast buffet always the same, not great quality in the products, the staff is really very nice, no one told us that there was a swimming pool or any sign in the hotel...

Only 4 people including ourselves staying this week so hotel was quiet. Only knew this as when we arrived for breakfast there was no buffet out. Incredible ambient on an amazing environment. The bar across the street is very nice with a great ambiance. The house is worth seeing and I can only recommend! Unfortunately, the environment of Sveti Stefan is somewhat very designed for chic, which influence the audience. Who endures the clientele but can experience wonderful days here.

The Villa Przno is almost directly on the beach. 3 minutes on foot. The location is really very good. We stayed in apartment no.1 for 12 days. Nothing is missing. A wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly, courteous, polite, responsible and reliable. No matter what concerns or questions were dealt with immediately. Very clean! Parking perfect! We stayed at La MER in August 2024. The stay was excellent, the room was clean, everything worked perfectly except the air conditioning. Michelle and I stayed in Hotel La Mer from the 12th to the 18th September 2024. The hotel is close to all amenities - beach, shops and sea. We were looked after very well, given excellent information re coastal walk to Sveti Stefan and Budva, daytrips and restaurants. Nice clean room, perfect breakfast, and everything is close. I was staying with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely can recommend for families and couples for a nice time. I will be visiting soon on business alone and I'm staying here for sure.

It's a bit annoying that all of the restaurants are so close to each other and they can't agree on one music style. The staff was fine and the serving time was not too bad but the main point is that the food was great and the portions are huge even though the prices are lower than at most places.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

Not a bad town, good restaurants, many beaches, but the promenade is mediocre, reminiscent of Sudak.

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. The hosts were great and really made us feel as at home. My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great. On top of all this, we had beautiful sunset views looking out towards the mountains and water. The hosts were great and really made us feel at home. I would love to go back!

The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a ****** but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the ****** was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice.
