There was no problem with the accommodation. Parking is not solved, the apartment does not have its own closed parking lot, it can only be solved on the street, if there is one

It is very practical to have a convenience store at the apartment. The beach is close, nice environment

The place is next to the beach, has shops close to it. The rooms are quite simple, but there is a cozy common terrace where guests are welcome to spend time. The hostess is a very nice and friendly lady.

It is very clean, tidy place. The location was very close to the beach and there were a market and a restaurant just downstairs. Tanja was very helpful with all requests.

Also the staff was very helpful and really kind. There is also a pool that was never full of people, it was like private pool, for somebody who want to relax quietly. I suggest to book room with sea view, really nice

Everything you need from one hotel. Great location, just 2 minutes walk to the Rafailovici beach, room with amazing view to the sea, free safe parking on the top, just 5km away from Budva

I've always thought such views, service quality & vibes can be seen only on instagram pages of models with millions of sucribers

But here it is - an actual dream place in reality, available to everyone! Staff politeness & responsiveness is beyond perfect

It was great at La Mer! I can recommend this place 100%, starting with the location,100 m from the beach, we have a rental car, so decided to explore some other places, I can recommend, Drobni Pijesak Beach, which is 10 min by car

It’s obvious that the hotel has been recently renovated the view is absolutely breathtaking. the hotel is pet-friendly which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people

We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay

Great stuff, amazing organization, they will help you with everything you need. Home and the view are so amazing you will never want to leave! Will go there again for sure!

Visited the restaurant of this hotel by reservation. Everything was great: service, food, sea and mountain views. The place is quiet, beautiful and cozy

Its a very very beautiful place in Montenegro. If are planing vacation with a Group of people, I can just recommend it. Amazing scenery, nice sweeping pool and the house is equipped with all necessary staff

The only disadvantage is that you can’t reach it without a car or a taxi. But actually it is also not a problem. So, take a chance and enjoy your stay

All recommendations! Staff friendly, available at any time for help, for information. On the roof terrace a fantastic pool. The maid is kind and takes care of hygiene, the internet is great!

Cute, cozy, clean hotel (not counting the Palace). Very friendly staff, great Breakfast. Provide free sunbeds on the beach, Samsara (5 minutes walking from the hotel) and sauna, but you need to ask about it.

The hotel provides free towels for the beach. In front of the hotel beach are paid, but they gave us a card for free entrance to another beach - Deluxe Samsara, which is much better than all the rest

This hotel has a very good view and almost everything you need surrounding it. We had the best host(Slađa ) she made our stay really seamless and very much enjoyable. She’s very professional and hospitable

Cute boutique hotel right in front of the sea. The breakfast was tasty and generous, but what made the difference was the staff at the reception, restaurant; beach, security. They made us feel at home with friends

Just a couple of constructive criticism for management: the carpets should be replaced as they seem really worn down, some furniture could be replaced and I could have used a coffee machine in the room :)

We could hardly move to the beach as the villa was so amazing and the pool outside with sunbeds and BBQ zone were perfect for kids and whole family. There are few beaches and shops available on walking distance

My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. The hosts were great and really made us feel as at home

Free parking lot is available at the villa. We stayed here in August for a week and it passed as quick as just few days. Don't make our mistake and book it for longer period)

Hotel location is ideal being 250 yards from all the restaurants and bars in Beicci. Local bus service to Budva 100 yards away. Hotel has excellent facilities spa, sauna, steam room plus massage area

All staff are friendly and welcoming and the level of service is excellent. Room was very clean and well equiped. Food in Taverna and at breakfast was very good with lots of choices

I have to say only good things! Rooms were clear and comfy, stuff is kind and polite! We stayed at the beach most of the tome and we love it, fresh water, sunny days

Facilities great with roof top bar and pool, bigger main pool, lounge areas both outdoor and indoor and additionally reserved beach beds included. Gym is clean and modern but small

Service across the board was exceptional and friendly. We felt well taken care of in every part of the hotel. If we return to Budva, there’s no doubt we’ll stay at Catamare again. A truly outstanding hotel experience!

The view from our apartment was stunning – overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing moments. Although there were some construction sites in the background, we were impressed by how quiet and peaceful everything was

The pool at the hotel was helpful while there were waves at the sea. I enjoyed swimming in the clean water with the nice view. AC is wisely located not directly over the bed, this allows to turn it on even at night

Came across this place accidentally and there was a free apartment for us, We saw 2 apartments and chose 1. The apartments are very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the reception is very kind and helpful

The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. For us the parking was free in the garage

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!
