Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for simple, great value facilities in an amazing location. The room had everything I bedded, plus some patio space to have breakfast outside. A few minutes walk and you find a supermarket, great restaurants and amazing beaches. Unbeatable value and Hana was lovely.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location in the centre of przno. The host and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our bags on the last day until our bus arrived and they offered us somewhere to get changed after the morning at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as described. Hana is a great host, she helped us a lot with everything, we even got the umbrella for the beach and baby bed. Location of the apartment was great, 2 mins from Przno beach, and walking distance from King's, Queens beach and Sveti Stefan. Highly recommended.

Smeštaj je blizu plaže, maksimalno 5 minuta. Gazdarica je jako ljubazna. Sobe se čiste svakog dana. Sve pohvale!

The place is next to the beach, has shops close to it. The rooms are quite simple, but there is a cozy common terrace where guests are welcome to spend time. The hostess is a very nice and friendly lady.

It is very clean, tidy place. The location was very close to the beach and there were a market and a restaurant just downstairs. Tanja was very helpful with all requests.

The whole villa is perfect, from inside stone facade to the dark and warm wooden interior. The rooms have nice views and bathrooms, also high quality tv and air condition. I didn’t take any breakfast as I was quite sick the whole time I was there and not eating much Vera did make me eat a few times with her home made pancakes which was very kind

Roof top balcony with views over the coastline. Sara and staff were so helpful! Walking in to my room, the spaciousness was great, the floors were polished and shining clean, and the bed…soooo comfortable. Wonderful jazz music made the atmosphere fantastic, and proximity to various beaches, bars, markets and restaurants was great.

The Villa Przno is almost directly on the beach. 3 minutes on foot. The location is really very good. We stayed in apartment no.1 for 12 days. Nothing is missing. A wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly, courteous, polite, responsible and reliable. No matter what concerns or questions were dealt with immediately. Very clean! Parking perfect! We are just very happy with everything. Highly recommended...

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at! Everything was just great: the room was cosy, super clean und had everything one needs (small kitchen, iron, hairdryer, etc). Location is absolutely stunning. Literally built into the side of a rock. Room was very comfortable and had enough basic stuff to cook a meal with a full sized fridge/freezer. Balcony looked directly out over the water and you could go swimming within 20 seconds of leaving your front door. Loads of fantastic restaurants along the beach and a good supermarket nearby. Hosts were very communicative...

It's fantastic here. For the first time we are really satisfied with the accommodation. On the rock by the sea with a beautiful view of the place, Bečići and Budva and on the other side of the open sea.

Only 4 people including ourselves staying this week so hotel was quiet. Only knew this as when we arrived for breakfast there was no buffet out. We were asked what we wanted though and anything could be prepared. Pool on roof was full of green algae water and wooden surrounds were rotten. So couldnt use it. Great view across bay from balcony across busy main coastal road but didn't stop us sitting...

Room was a good size and comfortable but the air-conditioning was a bit slow. Food was ok and very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Short walk to beaches and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation in the most beautiful part of Montenegro. Clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Of great importance is the proximity of the Queen's Beach, Milocer and Sveti Stefan. All praise for the manager Mirjana, who was ready to answer all our challenges at any moment.
