Perfect apartment to stay in Perast. Very close to the beach bar and beach to go for a swim. Amazon view from the balcony over the ocean. Super friendly people who rent the place. Definitely recommend it.

Grand spot for a cheap and handy stay in Perast. Accom is a fairly average room but we were more than satisfied considering it was only €20 There's not a lot to do in Perast so if you're considering whether you should start here or not, you can probably see everything here within 2hrs max. Hosts are lovely and accomodating

We travel through Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro and this is the best spot we have found. Beautiful view Kotor's Boca and small island. Close to shops, restaurants which offer fresh and not expensive seafood. Great hosts. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant. Had coffee in the shade of their courtyard in the afternoon, the affogato and iced coffee were excellent. Toilets were clean.

We ate in the restaurant twice. The food is very good and compared to the other restaurants much cheaper and tastier. Nice view as well!

Highly recommend! Stayed with Dragutinović family last summer and have only words of praise for their hospitality and care for their guests! I also needed to work remotely part of my stay there so their place was perfect with good AC, quiet and had strong internet connection. I will definitely go back! 😊

Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

Such an amazing hotel stay! Staff are very attentive, the food was great and the room was exactly as expected plus lots of extras. While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. For breakfast, I wish they had a coffee machine that does not use powdered milk (I found the cappuccino to be undrinkable).

We had a very nice stay in Perast and the best Cappuccino. The staff is extremely friendly and the Chef in the Kitchen is awesome. We had a great dinner, breakfast and Lunch. My wife and I are digital nomads and decided to live at this fantastic hotel for about 3 months. It was a dream. The location is the best in Montenegro. The rooms are beautiful and amazing. The hotel is beautiful and amazing. From day 1 to the last, the staff was polite, friendly and professional. The food is fantastic and we ate there every day. The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality. Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing. The rooms are specious and clean. Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

Perast is a mini town with one road along the edge of the Bay. Lined with lovely places to stay on one side and dining areas built over the water. We booked this hotel as the Hotel Leon was full. Part of the family stayed there and 4 of us in the Admiral. Much to our suprise we had a much more spacious room and both Sea views when the other were both facing a wall despite the higher star rating and price. We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here.
