The apartment is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and cooking and serving ware, the bed and seating areas are very cozy and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is excellent and the shower is large with plenty of hot water

We travel through Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro and this is the best spot we have found. Beautiful view Kotor's Boca and small island. Close to shops, restaurants which offer fresh and not expensive seafood

Perfect apartment to stay in Perast. Very close to the beach bar and beach to go for a swim. Amazon view from the balcony over the ocean. Super friendly people who rent the place. Definitely recommend it.

The hosts, Eleonora and Katarina, are lovely; they are charming, hospitable and informative. They went above and beyond helping me with my voluminous, heavy luggage and transfers

I can’t say enough about this special peaceful place and its lovely hosts. The apartment itself is beautiful and the spacious terrace is glorious with the best views of the bay

I can’t recommend Guesthouse Zmukic enough; best location, views and hospitality. 💕I’m so sad to leave and look forward to my next visit

We ate in the restaurant twice. The food is very good and compared to the other restaurants much cheaper and tastier. Nice view as well!

Very pleasant. Had coffee in the shade of their courtyard in the afternoon, the affogato and iced coffee were excellent. Toilets were clean.

Nice location, average food and average service, the same as prices. Black risotto very salty and stiff. Mixed fresh juice to our surprise consists of orange and lemon :)

Highly recommend! Stayed with Dragutinović family last summer and have only words of praise for their hospitality and care for their guests! I also needed to work remotely part of my stay there so their place was perfect with good AC, quiet and had strong internet connection

Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners

The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

A delightful, historic hotel set amidst a Montenegrin fjord on the Adriatic. Beautiful spacious suites with great views. Great seafront sun and pool deck with direct sea access for swimming

The hotel location is located perfectly for quick day trips by car or boat, or is easy to explore the picturesque views by foot, with local museums and churches nearby! We did experience a couple of issues with the way things were not cleaned in our room to the standard that is expected, and flagged these to reception on a couple of occasions

Overall a fantastic experience for our first stop in Montenegro! The hotel is well located with spectacular views, good restaurants surrounding the area, and peaceful spots for the ultimate relaxation

On checking out we spoke with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and apologetic about the issues! I would definitely recommend the hotel and like to come back in the future!

The only complimentary water in the room is 200 ml bottle per guest. Never take garden rooms, they are huge but dark. You feel like living underground. Luckily staff help us to move to better and brighter room

So, think twice before booking. And buy water from the store nearby 😂 as 5* hotel decided that cutting costs on serving water for guest is a good idea

This hotel was the best of our whole trip, I think it deserves the 5 star hotel label. The rooms were spacious, modern and decorated with taste with an amazing view on the sea

We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. It's in a great location, all the staff are so friendly & helpful with tips abouts beach club, buses, boats etc

Beds are comfy, room was spotless, only comment is glass wall in bathroom reduces privacy. As mother & daughter travel this wasn't ideal but we worked around it and everything else about the hotel is wonderful

Breakfast is served in adjacent hotel with tables on the watefront. No lift so bear that in mind and no taxis allowed in Perast so the hotel picks you up and drops you off in a golf buggy at the top of the village

We loved staying at this beautiful, modernized 17th century hotel in picturesque Perast. We had room 302, a sea view superior double room, with a view of the water from one window

We stayed at this wonderful place in October with our family, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The building is absolutely stunning, the surrounding area is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and modern

Elegant restaurant with professional service. You can eat great food looking at a beautiful view there. We ordered steaks and salad - totally worth their prices. I am sure if you go there you will be delighted.

Sit on the terrace near the water - a pleasure. But the quality of food is average. Ordered a plate of seafood, here the rice was tasty and the bread is delicious, but the seafood burnt and a little soggy

Best restaurant in Perast. The squid stuffed with shrimps are excellent. Shard is less tasty though. Service is good and the view is amazing

Fantastic views and restaurant. A great home base to explore the area + Kotor. Wonderful breakfast on the lake included, dinners were excellent too. Very friendly and accommodating staff, convenient parking.

The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is too small for the amount of guests

Regarding mobility - if you are disabled and have very small children you will have a very difficult time to get into Perast as there are about 180 steep steps to be covered in each direction

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular

There is no lift but the staff were very helpful and carried the luggage to our rooms. Actually there is a short flight of steps before you reach the small reception. And the staircase from there leads to the rooms

As our rooms were getting ready we could use the restrooms on the ground floor. We had a spacious room with a window that opened to a fantastic sea view. Milena , the owner was very welcoming and cheerful

What a cute old heritage place that has been renovated for the comfort of guests. We were 3 senior couples and we needed help to take up the luggage to our 1st floor rooms

Perast is a mini town with one road along the edge of the Bay. Lined with lovely places to stay on one side and dining areas built over the water

Parking of vehicles usually is a bit further down the road and the hotel sends a buggy. But I think because it was not high season our vehicle was allowed to go to the hotel

The hotel could have made its caddy pick-up and drop-off service known when booking. The hotel itself is small and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more modern and extensive

But the bedding is deplorable, the bed base is a wooden board which means that as soon as you move in the night the bed creaks!! Finally the mattress is not comfortable

Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience. The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place. Wonderful breakfast as well.

Felt very exclusive with so few rooms. Lovely small pool right outside your room door. The room was stunning and we loved the view of the ferry port. Great breakfast spread plus a menu card

They went above and beyond to help us with arranging beach visits, boat tours, being kind with our toddler and going so far as to finding toys for her to take to our room

Dinner there was our first and best meal of our whole 2 weeks in the Balkans. Great chef and very friendly server. The hotel also produce their own wine which I would highly recommend
