Apart from the reception staff, the rest of the staff does not have the slightest idea of what it means to work in a luxury hotel, and the livelki services to offer.
I can't understand how the hotel can be affiliated to Lhw because there is no height and also by improving the preparation of personnel, the hotel has some construction flaws huge. Just to name a few:
- the pool is small, only suitable for children but enjoys a splendid view
- the terrace for breakfast and dinner adjacent to the pool has the view of pool from one of the houses of the complex (the hotel part is more reduced as compared to the rent apartments)
- the showers in the swimming pool could be mistaken for the toilets (see photo)
- the reception and in a room of a few square meters with a tour-style Board Mariuccia
- the hotel has the structure of the american motel, with rooms that are a few meters from the main road next to it (see photo)
At the time of the structural defects, there were drawbacks or inconveniences some serious list:

- some of the equipment of the rooms, such as the control of the wc were disconnected or not working
- the first day for some time have been beach towels because housekeeping was late (we arrived on the beach to 13)

Needless to say no now and for the future for its defects. The only benefit of the doubt and the eventual opening of the Spa in 2020, which could lead to some change.
