I was really dissapointed to find out the spa, pool, gym and outdoor restaurant was closed. No warning on the website at all and part of the reason I booked it was because of this. The pool doesn't have a panoramic view; it's an indoor pool, so you can't see the view. It's perhaps 50 meters from the beach as the crow flies, but to get there on foot, you either have to climb a very long set of stairs, or you have to walk a bit further. The location for this hotel is great, and just a few floors down some steps from the beach. The little village is just perfect and offers great walks and views, lots of beaches, pebbles and sand. The staff at the hotel are really great and we had a balcony view which was unbeatable! We spent long hours on our balcony just taking in the view and sunsets. Excellent value for money - beautiful large clean room with stunning balcony views of Sveti Stefan beach and island. Brilliant breakfast (so much lovely food and variety) and very helpful staff. Made the trip - it really is a beautiful place to stay - just a 5 min walk to beach. Cannot fault it

We bought here only breakfast but it was delicious (cheese, olives, vegetables, hummus, strawberries etc). Ladies were very nice and smiling, I really enjoyed my time there. Definitely 10/10.

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing. The staff go the extra mile here. We would recommend staying here.

I had an absolutely incredible holiday at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The swimming pool was stunning - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. A great boutique hotel. The staff is highly professional and kind. The rooms are clean, new, with a great view. The infinity pool is amazing and perfect both for a relaxing day and for an afternoon drink. The location is comfortable right outside of bodova. Highly recommend

Great hotel, fab pool, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Massages were top notch and with the guest discount great value. Marked down on location as not much around it and it’s on a main road so walking places not possible. View from pool area is beautiful though

Nice quiet resort away from the crowds for Budva (so need car to access). Rooms are big and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast (included in price, can book without breakfast). Nice infinity pool and beautiful views of the Adriatic and the steep granite mountains in the background. Prices are more affordable compared with other resorts

Great views and nice pool. You pay for view and location. The price is too high considering. Rooms are very dated. No soap or shampoo provided. No front desk for help with questions. Towels feel like sandpaper. Ripped bedsheets. Loud, old aircon. Needs full remodel.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries. Treated like a good friend and not just another customer! I would highly recommend!

Very good sleep, peace and quiet. 2 swimming pools a plus. On the downside, there is uniform food - breakfast version - only fried, or eggs as an omelette. For 8 days every day. The distance from the sea is a minus, 35 minutes on foot and back to a very large hill. Unless someone has a car, it is 5 minutes away, or you can reach an agreement with the owner's father - Drago - and he will take and drive...
