It's a ten-minute walk, no more, but the climb is a bit steep. Otherwise, everything is fine. The room is more than comfortable, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and everything is reasonably clean

The location for this hotel is great, and just a few floors down some steps from the beach. The little village is just perfect and offers great walks and views, lots of beaches, pebbles and sand

It's perhaps 50 meters from the beach as the crow flies, but to get there on foot, you either have to climb a very long set of stairs, or you have to walk a bit further

We don't spend that much time in our room while traveling because we're always exploring and are only sleeping there and showering so we didn't care about the size and were just happy they could accommodate three of us

The positives - location right on the beach, amazing view, delicious breakfast, nice and quick parking staff, quite helpful receptionist, regular cleaning

She helped carry our bags, checked us in, gave us information about the hotel, and escorted us to our room, all by herself. The hotel is also great, with beautiful views and free parking space

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception

We arrived at the hotel on October 19, 2024, around 8 PM. The receptionist, a woman with long light brown hair, was very nice and provided excellent service. She was cheerful and took great care of us

They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing. The staff go the extra mile here

We stayed in a bungalow here for one night as I had mixed up our dates on our other bookings but we were really glad we came here. We arrived at 11 and our room was ready despite us arriving several hours before check-in

We loved the pools and location of this apartment. We had a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Sveti Stefan. Beware - lots of steps but it adds to the beauty of the setting

Nice apartment. Wonderful view, nice pool with not to much people. A little older place but clean. You can't walk, need a car for beaches. Good restaurants near by.

It's so relaxed, wasn't overcrowded even in the peak period and the room I stayed in had it's own little kitchen. You're aloud to bring drinks food and even cook if you wish

The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved

For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder

Near the Monte Perla residence there is one of the quickest way to the beaches and very convenient location to the bus stop to Budva. We miss you! Thank you very much!

View from the upper rooms is amazing. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English

Everything was good and comfortable, we had cozy room with huge balcony! In the common area there were comfortable lounge chairs to see spectacular sunsets every evenings. Best view to Sveti Stefan island

In the evening, the terrace is beautifully illuminated around the perimeter. We booked accommodation with breakfast, they were provided in a cafe nearby. Breakfast is varied, tasty, a la carte

Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan

You can actually drive down to the back of Milocer beach as the walk back to the apartment is pretty steep. We ate at Caffe Caffe and twice at Drago both were very good and the latter has fabulous views

The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk to Milocer and Queens beach from the town beach which were the nicest beaches we found during our holiday in Montenegro

Very good sleep, peace and quiet. On the downside, there is uniform food - breakfast version - only fried, or eggs as an omelette. The distance from the sea is a minus, 35 minutes on foot and back to a very large hill

Unless someone has a car, it is 5 minutes away, or you can reach an agreement with the owner's father - Drago - and he will take and drive you to the beach or the hotel at any time for a fee

I recommend 100% the beaches are very close, it is worth going by car because the return is uphill. SWIMMING POOLS ROOM😀😀😀 views 😮 super woow OWNER very committed.

Very nice owner. A private parking lot is a blessing because parking is almost impossible in the area. Close to the beach. Our room was very dark, but overall everything was fine. I recommend

Convenient location for walking to the sea and enjoying a spectacular view, private parking was also included There is a common terrace with barbecue, stereo, sunbeds and the possibility of dining while looking at the island

For guests the terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, a barbecue all facing the island of Santo Stefano. Furthermore there is free parking which given the area is essential

The shower is excellent with a powerful shower head and a large cabin; the room overlooks a terrace with a table and chairs from which to watch the bay; the French window has double glass and the curtains are double to isolate the room far from the street

Excellent cleanliness, the owners always very helpful, they made us feel at home. They gave us lots of information on breathtaking places to see, where to eat and how to get around

Room with double bed and sofa bed offers en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV; on the corridor there is the common kitchen with fridge separate from the other tenants
