Great place. Spacious room with fireplace. Beautiful view. Good location not far from Black Lake. Not bad breakfast. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. One minus is untrained staff. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it.

Having such a hotel in adventurous town is a blessing. It’s really difficult to have a place with such qualities like daily room service free breakfast and incredible. Good service. I really recommend this place. We were lucky to find it.

We had booked 5 nights at SOA Hotel. Unfortunately a few months after our booking, the hotel contacted us to say that due to a mistake in their system, they had to move us to their house SOA Village. Excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice with all amenities. Its a boutique hotel with a nice vibe. All rooms have a great view of the town. The hotel has enough parking and located close to the town restaurants an bars. Overall service is very nice.

The atmosphere of the hotel is so wellcoming , the wood and brick design is so beautiful . The view from our room was breathtaking . The staff were so attentive . Thay made us feel like family . I couldn't ask for a better hotel. My wife and i , got a massage at the spa. The masseur did an exceptional job of making this , the best massage i ever experienced .

Amazing! I had the worst day with all sorts of things going wrong until I got to this place already a bit late at night. And then the staff was so unbelievably warm, kind, approachable and accommodating, they all made me feel right at home and made me forget about all the hard day I had. I had the best time staying here, sadly for just one night, and I can’t say enough good things about this place...

The restaurant is a solid chetverochku. Wanted to use the pool and sauna were told that the pool is open only in season. Sauna tiny, fonts no, no benches to sit on and comfortable to wear. Overall not worth the money spent.
