I visited this hotel as a tour leader with a group of 25 persons, in April 2025. It is a beautiful mountain hotel but need better management. Be careful the hotel has no elevator. So, if you have mobilities issues reconsider and if you have a room in the upper floors and a heavy luggage you need assistance. I consider myself a world traveller, someone who likes nice places,including hotels. I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, and this is what made the entire experience extra special. The food is the best!!! Location is in the city centre. Hotel rooms clean and tidy. Loved this place so much and highly recommend it!

Amazing! I had the worst day with all sorts of things going wrong until I got to this place already a bit late at night. And then the staff was so unbelievably warm, kind, approachable and accommodating, they all made me feel right at home and made me forget about all the hard day I had. I had the best time staying here, sadly for just one night, and I can’t say enough good things about this place...

The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner. The beef is very good. We ordered another serving after eating it.

The location is good, not far from the entrance of the national park. The hotel restaurant is a famous local celebrity. You need to make a reservation in advance to get a seat for dinner. The taste is good.

The hotel is very close to the lake, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance. The hotel has welcome juice and wine, which is very considerate. The facilities are better, but the overall experience is good.

One of the points of our trip to Montenegro was the town of Zabljak with the wonderful Black Lake nature reserve. For the night, we chose the Soa hotel and this is the best choice in this place. Family-run B&B with stunning lake views. The owners were so friendly, super accommodating, and even served us breakfast at a super early hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but it does the job at this price point. It's a little tricky to find, but otherwise no complaints.

We stopped at the restaurant of this hotel on our way to Podgorica and had a very positive experience. The service was excellent, the dishes were of great quality and taste, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended for a visit!

The food is fantastic here. The portions are very big. The Montenegro steak is excellent. The Caesar salad was huge and great value. The room was huge and clean with a nice little balcony. I booked a family room for 4 and it had 5beds in it and plenty of space. Staff were very helpful.

My room was very clean, comfortable, and of a reasonable size. The service was excellent and the young girl at the reception desk spoke really good English, but not everyone spoke English. Location is just outside of town beside the main road. My room was an excellent value, and only €30 a night. There is plenty of off-street parking and in a very nice country side seating. Perfect silent rest! Very comfortable and clean room, we enjoyed the food and especially the staff, they helped us a lot (to have the most delicious food, to have massage at Spa place, to get a taxi to Biogradska Gora). My husband and I highly recommend this place for 2-3 nights stay to walk around and recharge. Attached photo shows the view from our room which is great 💚

Nice, but unreasonable expensive

Good service at the reception and the restaurant. Unfortunately due to heavy snow, the power went out in the whole area. They have a generator, but it was stopping just as much as going. Due to the power outage some of the rooms were freezing cold, but in the the restaurant they made due and everything was served on time. Wery nice staff.

A decent hotel that’s ideally located to explore the surrounding area. No air conditioning, but food is good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. No kettle in the room, which seems to be normal for Montenegro. It was a pleasant place to stay.

If you are planning to have a family weekend away with your kids, this might be a good place. If you just want a relaxed weekend on your own or with your partner - this is NOT the right hotel. Amazing pool. Rude staff - overall tired and in need of care and attention. Food bad. Good food choices in town - French bakery, Italian food. Not much to choose from but needs a makeover and some additional investment to make it live up to 4 star rating.

The rooms are outdated, mattrass is so old and uncomfortable seems like they are not changed from hotel opening, Beautiful woods and nature around tho. Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel. Definitely alternative accommodation next time in beautiful Kolasin.

We stayed at the Kolasin Resort and Spa for 2 nights in November of 2024. We really enjoyed this hotel and found it to be clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. While Kolasin is small, there are several places to eat within easy walking distance. The pool here is really nice with a hot tub. Spa services are available for purchase.we found this to be a very nice hotel.

Montenegro, Bianca Resort & Spa provides a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The moment you step into the resort, you're greeted with warm hospitality, beauty hotel (all made by wood) and a great SPA. The room is vert nice but the only thing is missing, there is no kettle in the room.

We stayed at the Dream House Hotel on our 2 week tour of Montenegro. The hotel itself felt stylish and quite new. However, we would agree with other guests that soundproofing could be better. It's also a shame they don't offer the spa facilities to guests for free. The breakfast isn’t a buffet, but still quite nice.
