The room was clean, spacious and cozy, and the receptionist spoke really good English. We also loved the sauna and yummy breakfast. Thanks to the management and stuff!

The service in the restaurant was also top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive without being intrusive and gave excellent recommendations. Their expertise and friendliness greatly contributed to the pleasant atmosphere

Good location not far from Black Lake. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it

The restaurant is a solid chetverochku. Wanted to use the pool and sauna were told that the pool is open only in season. Sauna tiny, fonts no, no benches to sit on and comfortable to wear

I had a great time at this place, the service was at the professional level, the staff is committed to great service and were very friendly.

We visited polar star only to use their sauna and it was amazing. You have to book it in 1 hour advance so they can heat up. They had everything needed from towels ,changing room,shower

After sauna we had dinner there as a buffet

Spa is wonderful, sauna is grate, hot tub and massage is possible for extra fee. Room facilities are bit old, room balcony is dirty due to pidgin poo. In general good value for money

Hotel is located in a quiet countryside area, just few kilometers from town center, with a plenty of parking space, nice meadows and kids playground around, so it is perfect getaway from city crowds for all kind of travelers

The view when making coffee in the morning is beautiful as it gets. Parking is right in front of the house. Hands down on of not the best lodge I have ever stayed in. Can only recommend staying there!
