I recently faced a very upsetting situation with this hotel. A booking was made in my name via Booking.com and paid with my credit card, even though I was not the person who made the reservation. This was a clear case of identity theft. I explained everything to the hotel and kindly asked for a refund, considering that I am a student and this situation is very difficult for me. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any assistance or reimbursement. I find this deeply disappointing and unfair, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
€680 for a hotel I never even saw.

I initially checked into a dirty room, though the manager did offer to move me to a different one. Unfortunately, there was no hot water on the first day, which was inconvenient. Thankfully, hot water was restored the following day. However, the shower tub still isn’t properly sealed, causing water to leak onto the floor during showers—this is not only annoying but also a safety hazard.

The staff seemed uninterested in addressing any of the issues I raised. Even the manager took no action, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the elevators are extremely slow and often take a long time to reach floors or transport guests, adding to the frustration.

The rooms are small but acceptable for a short stay. The hotel’s main advantages are its location and the sea view from some rooms, as well as from the top floor pool area. However, I must highlight that the pool advertised on the website does not actually exist, which is very misleading for anyone considering booking this hotel.

Other drawbacks include narrow hallways, slow elevators, and poor cleanliness—visible fingerprints and dirt were noticeable throughout the property. Breakfast was passable, but the coffee and juice machines were practically useless, dispensing only water instead of actual drinks.

Overall, it feels like the hotel relies heavily on its excellent location but neglects upkeep and guest satisfaction. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless these issues are addressed.

We had an incredibly disappointing stay here. First off, the pool they advertise is not the one at the hotel – it’s an off-site pool that costs an additional €30 per person per day. The actual pool at the hotel is small, dirty, with tiles falling off the sides and a maximum capacity of just 18 people. It’s absolutely nothing like the photos they show online.

We also checked out the "rooftop bar," which was a total joke. It’s not actually a bar at all, just a small, sad space and the drinks were flat.

To make matters worse, the ceiling in our room leaked on the first night and created a puddle on our bed. The staff didn’t seem to care at all when we reported it. The showers flooded the floor every time we used them, and the sink didn’t drain properly. The lifts were painfully slow, and we ended up using the stairs most of the time. Even the plug sockets were faulty – they not only buzzed but often didn’t charge our phones at all!

This hotel ruined our holiday, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience all around. Definitely stay elsewhere!
