I will give the hotel 5/5 as the whole experience was great, I will however point out a couple of ideas worth noting. The lifts are very slow and better sometimes to take the stairs if you can, not happy with some of the music on the sunroof by the pool, some songs using foul language such as the F Bomb. Not suitable for younger ears, recommend you stop this music. Also a sign needs to go on every hotel door asking guests to close the door Not let it go as it's on a strong hinge and slams in the middle of the night. Everything else is great the staff here are EXCELLENT, even the chefs say hello to you. Breakfast is my favourite part of the day. Don't miss out on that people!!! I only had my breakfast there so I cannot say much more than that. Yet, the breakfast was tasty with the expectation for coffee which was simply terrible. If you want a good coffee go a few more meters to the nearby CinnaBon – that was the place that saved my days. For the price of breakfast I expected a better brew. Nescafé is definitely not up to the expectations...

the hotel's location is in plus, but there are more minuses than pluses. at the beginning the gentleman at the reception made a mistake and gave us the wrong room, ok it happens. we enter a new room. well small and terribly hot. ok we think that maybe the air conditioning needs to work longer but unfortunately no. in the morning we go to the roof where according to the pictures there is supposed to be a very nice swimming pool but unfortunately there is only small pool!! at the reception we were informed that for 30 euros per person per day they can take us there. oh well but when the temperature in the room was 15 degrees higher than outside it was too much... after the second night I asked for a fan. generally if someone likes sleeping in hell they will like it.an additional attraction are the elevators. it's hot in them, they drive very slowly and they stutter.

had an all round lovely stay, the staff were very attentive the whole way through. if there was an issue it was fixed right away although we didn’t experience too many just the air conditioning, despite this Edwin assessed our room as we reported the issue (at 1am) and he also provided us with a very powerful fan which kept us very cool and happy, the air con was then fixed right away the very next day by specialists and we got to keep the fan in our room as well! thanks to their helpfulness from Edwin and the kind staff we enjoyed our time.

The hotel is fine. The only negative point is that my rook looked like it is not finished.

The staff at the Bayview Hotel restaurant are absolutely wonderful! We've been staying at the hotel for two weeks now, and we've had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant every morning and evening. They are always so attentive and make sure that we have everything we need.
We would especially like to thank Mr Bjorn. He is always so friendly and helpful.
In addition to the excellent service, the food at the Bayview Hotel restaurant is also fantastic!

Lovely hotel and staff! Not had one issue since being here and would definitely return in the future!
We came for a birthday and the hotel couldn't do enough for us! Made the room special with decorations.

Everything was perfect. The room and whole hotel was beautiful, the view from the balcony is magnificent. The staff was always smiling, friendly. The rooftop terrace wellness area was also very good, the view is beautiful while sunbathing. We had a great time. 😊

This hotel has very good location and by walk you can reach bus stop, port, bars and restaurants nearby or food store. Also very helpful is travel desk at the reception where you can book organized trips if you want to explore Maltase islands. But the hidden gem is rooftop terrace with sun deck, pools, spa but mainly the amazing view on the harbour and Valletta. Very relaxing place and good for suntanning.

Very pleasant stay at Bayview Hotel. We booked a sea view room. Got the room at 5th floor and the view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, there are a lot of restaurants near by and couple of small shops are just around the corner. The room was big and clean (we got the corner room), bathroom was a bit small, but we managed. Staff is friendly, breakfast is also great with plenty of food to choose from. The hotel has a roof terrace with pool area facing jacuzzi, sun beds, has an indoor pool and a steam room that is included in a room rate. Recommend!
