The room was not bad but not as shown in the pictures. Staff was helpful and kind. The rooftop is very nice to watch the view and relax. Breakfast was very nice. Streaky bacon was exceptionally good. The location is very nice and reachable to everywhere with ease. Generally enjoyed the stay there!

We've had our rooms burgled with no action on their part, so run away!
We had two rooms in your hotel, our friends were robbed in their room, the security of your hotel is deplorable, people can enter the rooms without being worried, we were made to wait several days to be able to speak to managers who are absent on weekends in the middle of summer, all this to tell us that we are not going to get any feedback from them, they send their employees who have no decision-making power to come and talk to us.

Please for your own sake DO NOT book a room on this hotel.
On top of not having the rooms initially booked we had the very unpleasant surprise to be robbed in our room.
Of course cameras were off at that time (how convenient).
Staff try to do everything possible to cover it….
It is a real shame because I love Malta and I know that this behaviour doesn’t represent the people of the island.

Nice hotel, good staff, bed, pillow, location, clean and modern etc.
We had two rooms with horrible view as they both were facing away from the ocean (the cheap rooms)
There was no view. It was a wall 2m from our window. It is after all a window, and it provides daylight. Just don't look out.
Other than that the hotel is great and with the added bonus of a 24/7 store in the entrance with snacks and beer. Very good!
But get the rooms with seaview, you will love that!

We stayed there for 4 nights. We booked the superior, the room was very nice! The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the bathroom didn’t have any window so there was a bit mold in there. The breakfast on the rooftop was very good and the staff was amazing. Especially Sandra , she made us feel very welcome, she gave us helpful information and was always very polite and kind.

Fantastic and Strategic Room for Living Malta

Some of our personal items disappeared from our room during our stay. We could tell that someone had access to our room and stole them (and we could later track them appearing somewhere in the living districts we never been to). We informed the hotel about it and explained the situation. However the operations supervisor was completely incompetent and lacking empathy and support for resolving the situation. Instead we were blamed for lying to them and no solution was provided except the stubborn „I trust my staff“ excuse. From this moment on the whole stay at the hotel had a very bitter aftertaste and the vacation was ruined.
About the hotel itself: The hotel is located right at the coast. For one week we stayed in an Executive Room which had a view to the side street. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. For breakfast we went up to the Executive Lounge with a stunning view over the bay area and Valletta. The breakfast itself didn‘t change during our stay. The coffee at the breakfast was very bad (felt like the instant powder one), rather go for tea.
We don‘t recommend this hotel and will not return in future.

Very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and polite, they kept your room clean every day. The breakfast had a nice variety and it was pretty tasty. All clean and beautiful. Worth the money for sure!

Really nice hotel, great location but best of all friendly staff (especially Ms Sandra and Ms Sonia who kept our baby smiling at breakfast time 😀).
It is 5min walk to the ferry that we highly recommend. If you go by bus from the airport take bus X2 or TD2.
We stayed in double executive rooms with balcony that was looking on the side street. It was quiet. Hotel provided us bassinet for the baby.
Rooms were clean and the bathroom too. They gave us each day 1l of fresh water.
The pool is across the street.
Hotel has the best view on the 9th floor.

We enjoyed ten days at this lovely hotel. It has a great location, close to Valletta, only 10 min by ferry. The hotel offers breakfast included in the price. It was a nice breakfast buffet on the roof terrace with beautiful view over the capital. Very friendly staff who offers coffee in the morning. Hotel has a wellness center, sauna, indoor pool and an outdoor pool located on the other side of the road of the hotel. Our room was clean and bed comfortable, but a little hard, if you like a soft bed.
