Great location!
Friendly and professional staff, always happy to help and provide support.
Clean, spacious room. 24-hour reception, daily cleaning, shop open to 11pm in the loft part of the hotel entrance. Super close to attractions (night life, bars, restaurants, pool, etc), we walked around during the road connection. They got vending machines on the ground floor with water, soft drinks, cigarettes, and snacks.

For me was most important the location. Location is Top. Reception 24 hours. Sadly towels were old. Zimmer also was a bit old. But for 1 night was good. I took economy room. I could check in for half hour earlier.

Extremely friendly stuff, I booked my room for 4 nights and they always cleaned my room, I got always fresh towels, it was really nice. I got always a smile when I left and when I came back. Thank you for everything!! Next year I am coming back for sure!!! 🤗

We stayed here for 4 nights. Did not read reviews until after booking which made me nervous when we arrived. The room was okay, a bit small but it was manageable.
I found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. We asked for new towels after 3 days and none were delivered, only our old ones taken. Amenities were not replaced and when we asked for shower gel, we were given 3 tubes of lotion. We went down to reception who gave us another 3 tubes of lotion 🤣🤣 think that one may have been lost in translation as they finally gave us a shower gel after a lengthy discussion on the difference between gel and lotion.
There was one female working reception who was pretty rude to us and demanded cash for the city tax upon arriving after travelling all day. Breakfast was average however the coffee wasn’t terrible.
Walls in the hotel are super thin. Every time the room above us flushed, the water in the pipes could be heard in our room as if it was running down the wall. It was very loud and woke us up many times. Same when the showers were being used. The hotel was loud in general with people coming and going and the sound echoing throughout the entire hotel - this made sleeping difficult.
Wifi only worked when we were in the reception area and was very dodgy.
Would never stay here again however for someone looking for just a bed for the night and a good location, this would be fine.

Just finished a five night stay at St Julians Bay Hotel. I did not look at reviews prior to booking. I did read reviews afterwards and arrived nervous not knowing what to expect. I can honestly say, I had nothing to be nervous about. We didn't experience anything negative as detailed in previous negative reviews, other than I will admit the rooms are a little tired and could do with updating, but the price is very inexpensive, therefore, i think this should be expected. The staff were lovely and polite, our room was cleaned everyday to our satisfaction and our balcony was very spacious, we also had a fridge which was appreciated. I have paid more to stay in other hotels and not had a fridge for.use. We had a superior sea view room, which I recommend. As the views across the bay are lovely and it is good to people watch. This hotel is value for money, it was not expensive to stay there and maybe the decor reflects that. I would happily book to stay at this hotel if I was travelling on a budget.

Great sea views but the room we stayed in had a very bad smell. The lady I spoke to was not friendly and was disappointed to say the least. Shame because it could be a great hotel with the correct people running it. Customer service is key

Very basic hotel . Extremely poor service by housekeeping staff . The walls are paper thin.. had a bunch of guys shouting and screaming and smoking all sorts in the room next door at 3:00am for 3 nights . Despite repeated calls to reception nothing happened . Spoke to the manager who simply changed my room ..

Very cheap and we'll located bed & breakfast. Rooms are well cleaned and equipment of the room is new. Bathroom are modern and big. Reception crew are always kind and helpful.

Nice place with a great view from the balconys. The rooms were clean and the staff is friendly.
Only negative was the bed was conjoined by 2 beds, so it had a split in the middle, and it was a bit to soft for my taste.
