the room was super clean the staff was very helpful and nice the room also had everything you need for example towels, hairdryer, fridge... location is the best everything you need is in a 2km radius(supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches...) when we got there the hotel was just renovated so everything was super nice the price was also fair for the conditions and i would recommend it 100%

Overpriced hotel for the conditions they offer but it's worth the location. Don't book it for more than a night as the beds are very uncomfortable. We were told we will have a sea view but the trees were covering the view.

Non-soundproofed very basic room: single glazing and door of a 1* hotel. The maid at 7 am talking and making noise, the roof top swimming pool would be the only attraction but little space and very small. Small room, bedding to review. Shower pressure is ok and fortunately hair drier in the room, but no minibar. Elevator very tiny. Nothing to do with the Carlton 😂

Not very clean and old building. Had hairs in my bedding which questions if they really change the bedding after guests.
Only one usable plug in the room which is not convenient.
The bathroom was big but the shower unit so small, barely any space to shower normally. It was also leaking with no drainage outside of the shower room.
Would not recommend.

3 star hotel so you dont expect much but...
No minibar, but you can "rent" one for 5€ per day.
Sound isolation is a disaster, you can hear people breath in room next door.
Breakfast is not spectacular, but for 3 star hotel acceptable.
Rooms have cold floors, and in winter times if it gets chilli, heating is quite poor. When I arrived to hotel, receptionist literally sat behind the counter in winter jacket.
Elevator is so old and small, I barely fit in with my suitcase.
No laundry service available.
And last but not least, they will charge you the whole amount for your stay on day one. If you have to leave earlier for whatever reason, sorry...no refund. This is not normal or acceptable in the world. Deposits are normal and acceptable, but this is not.
I do not recommend it.
Thus only 1 star.

Stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it! The hotel could really use an upgrade (beds especially) but the location is perfect and the staff are friendly.

Lovely reception staff, especially the lady (sorry don't know her name, but she was very nice and helpful). Great location too as it's next to the bus stop.
