Quite disappointed with our stay at Hotel Malaysia. The room was outdated, with stained carpets and a musty smell. The air-conditioning was noisy and barely working. Bathroom was not very clean, and toiletries were minimal. Staff were not very welcoming during check-in. Breakfast buffet was average with limited variety. For the price, I expected better quality and service. The only good thing was the central location. Definitely not coming back.

The room hotel just ok but AC not function well. Rise the matter to the hotel supervisor. They checking further the room and change new room for me. Staff hotel is helpful and friendly. Easy to get the food and drinks by walking distance.

The air conditioning wasn’t working at all. I contacted the front desk, and they said they would handle it promptly. However, after waiting for about two hours, the hotel finally brought a portable air cooler. Unfortunately, the noise from the cooler at night made it impossible for me to sleep.

Everything was fine room with a view and also middle in town it’s very convenient to walkinh nearby to most of the streets but air conditioner can’t feel the cool and also the pipe at toilet is leaking informed to customers service but no one come and check on it even thought didn’t follow up also.
