T+ Hotel Butterworth

The hotel used to be a very pleasant , clean hotel a few years back, however it's a shocker to see things have changed so drastically. Room smells awful, power trip due to faulty plug, had the room replaced toanother room that has water leakage on the aircond and outside due to rain. Carpet smelled bad due to the leakages. Noticed some people were freely smoking in the lift area despite warning signs, as tough it's a common thing to do there. Lift was jammed on ground floor due to some fault. Basically not a good review, and how can they keep up with that kind of rate when a nearby hotel is much more better in value. To bad before they were excellent,now it just speechless.

I’m from a different hotel management. From my point of view the front office service was so bad and they don’t know how to solve a problem. The room my not clean and the towel have stain. Poor service and not worth of price

Room is clean but unfortunately the pillowcase is not that clean. Only basic aminitties provided. No toilet rolls,hand tissue n tooth brush. The bath towel need to upgrade.

Sound proof very bad, if the room next to you talk louder then whole night couldn’t sleep. Toilet didn’t clean properly & very slippery. Mattress didn’t change new one as in i still can see some “hair” on mattress.
