Old hotel but they have refreshed it. Rooms were huge and modern..book a seaview facing room if you plan a more relaxing stay.

Booked the hotel for my parents and they love it very much. Most spacious hotel they've stayed. Great view. Breakfast has a lot of variety. There's also a lot of nearby eateries that is walkable.

Amazing location. Near all the big malls and within walking distance .
Room were exceptionally big and clean . They had everything that you need and with a big toilet too !
Long and large mirrors all around too!!

Nice hotel with a very good location. Close to Gaya street where there are many eateries and where the wkend market is located. Next to the iconic round about and the sea front.
The hotel may have been look dated, but the rooms looks to have been refurbished since last stayed here.
Rooms is spacious and bed is comfortable. No issue with cleanliness. Didn't use any of the facilities as we just stayed a night before heading out to KK park. Good value for money.

The gym is fully equipped and there are even locals coming to use the gym. Location is great - can walk to the beach and eat local seafood.

A centrally located luxury hotel offering stunning sea views, spacious rooms, and top-notch service. The breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the local dishes, and the staff are warm and attentive. Ideal for both leisure and business travelers, with easy access to the waterfront and city attractions. A comfortable and elegant base for exploring Kota Kinabalu.

Everything is as should be. Happy with the service and location. Enjoyed the massage too.

The room is clean & big. Breakfast spread quite the same everyday, as I stayed 3 nights :) The reception girl is good to allow us to extend check out time to 1pm. Hotel is closed to Gaya Street.
