I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room design.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Is only 7 floors hotel, overall stay is quite satisfied just that opposite the hotel is a live band pub. If you are light sleeper, maybe might not choose the corner room.

Very cozy and neat place with necessary amenities and walking distance from some of the local hangouts. Staff at this hotel Gina was excellent in assisting our check-in and out process as well as helped us find some precious belonging by accident at this hotel., was very kind enough to call and even assist in arranging the logistics back to us. Totally recommend this place!

Stayed in this hotel throughout my Sarawak trip. Service was great, the receptionists were helpful and polite. They allowed us to check in earlier since the room is ald vacant. Cleanliness can be improved. Noticed stain on blanket as soon as we checked in. Hotel staff came and change the sheets after informing. Room was not very spacious but sufficient for both of us. Location was ok, not too near from waterfront but distance is still walkable. There’s many restaurants nearby and even souvenir shops.

Love the small welcome note that left in the room by the housekeeping team, small gesture but felt warmly welcomed. Keep up the good work.

Room was clean and cozy, amenities sufficient, only feedback is on the room door, couldn't close on its own hence have to close it manually everytime I went out.

There is this nice Kueh chap just opposite the hotel, must try! And a good bar further to the left opposite the hotel.
