Cockroaches and dirty hotel
There were cockroaches and one black bug in the room which is just disgusting. The hotel management was not surprised about the presence of cockroaches and just suggested to change the room. However, the presence of cockroaches indicated a larger cleanliness issue with the hotel suggest to stay away unless you like cockroaches. When we wanted to leave because it was so dirty, they still charged us one night out of the remaining two. The queen bed is just 140 cm wide. In breakfast, they ran out of bread and it was not refilled while we were at the breakfast.
EDIT: After posting the review, the owner has contacted me via phone and Whatsapp multiple times. He even offered us to refund the whole stay in the exchange for us removing the review. I stand by my review as it reflects our actual experience at the hotel.

Horrible experience. Ran out of shower gel and expect hotel guests to use bar soap for hands. For a 3-star hotel that is super low. At least treat your hotel guest with respect instead of laughing about that matter.

Hotel has got a nice location, and very helpful front desk staff. However, the cleanliness of the room leaves very much to be desired. The room is never cleaned unless specifically asked. Not even if a clean my room request card is placed. My bathroom wasn’t even cleaned after a shower repair was done and the whole floor and towels were left dirty. Curtains and chairs in the room were all stained and dusty.
