This is a wonderful hotel and my favorite spot was up at the adult pool on the 5th floor. Good size infinity lap pool and quiet compared to the also gorgeous pool below. The hotel price itself was on the high end but given the choices in Langkawi I would stay here again.

Very disappointed for a 5 star hotels that nvr provide facial cotton pads and the staff didnt even provide any other solutions, i believe that the money we paid should include all the BASIC NECESSITIES. This is an overall very good hotel. It is as advertised to be right at the heart of Pantai Cenang with basically everything walking distance to it. The room provided was rushed as we also did a rushed booking. Sound insulation is a major point of improvement. But everything else was okay. Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you're in Langkawi. You will be treated like Royalty. Staff are well trained. The Breakfast is excellent. Rooms and amenities are perfect. Pretty average. Rooms gets flooded after heavy rain and you get towels to sort it out. Bath tub could use replacing too - a bit rusty. There was a fair amount of rubbish underneath the bed. I would recommend looking for something else guys.
