Very disappointed for a 5 star hotels that nvr provide facial cotton pads and the staff didnt even provide any other solutions, i believe that the money we paid should include all the BASIC NECESSITIES. Please explore other hotels nearby with cheaper price and maybe would also have facial cotton pads. And the check-in time they took also superrrrrrrrrr long. Nvr again.

I had a really disappointing experience at your hotel, and I feel compelled to share my grievances regarding the front desk service.
Firstly, I needed a razor, which should have been a simple request. However, when I called the front desk, they just hung up on me. I had to make three calls and was eventually transferred to housekeeping before the razor was delivered. It was incredibly frustrating.
Later, I asked the front desk to collect the room service tray from our balcony because we have a lot of small animals, and I was concerned about them getting into the food. The front desk promised to take care of it but never showed up. The next morning, I called four times, and each time the front desk staff assured me that someone would come, but no one ever did. As a result, the birds got into the food and made a mess all over the balcony.
To make matters worse, the water in the shower was dirty and yellow. When the room was cleaned, they forgot to replace one of the bath towels and didn't put out any slippers. To top it all off, the bed sheets were changed twice, but both times they were dirty. It was really disappointing and unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of service from your hotel.
